Mission Statement
Sharing the treasure of our
Catholic Faith and centered in the Eucharist, we
at Corpus Christi Parish
strive to be true disciples
of Christ to all.
Liturgy of the Day
Liturgia del Día
Often during the summer months when we travel
we encounter people who offer us hospitality,
whether they be family, friends, or even strangers.
At our celebration today, we will hear about
hospitality in the book of Genesis and in the
Gospel. Today might be a good day, therefore, to
reflect on and pray about how we welcome
strangers and even people we know well into our
midst. Are all truly welcome at this table?

Family Honor’s Pilgrimage
to Poland, March 28-April 6, 2017. This pilgrimage will kick
off a Year of Thanksgiving to our Lord as Family Honor
approaches our 30th anniversary of serving families (in 2018).
We chose Poland because a significant portion of Family
Honor’s mission and philosophy is grounded in the writings of
Saint Pope John Paul II and the Theology of the Body. This
pilgrimage will take us to some of the sites that were significant
in John Paul II’s life in Poland, along with other sites of historical
and spiritual significance in the life of St. Faustina and St.
Maximillian Kolbe. Spiritual Director for the Family Honor
Pilgrimage will be Rev. James L. LeBlanc, pastor of St. Andrew
Catholic Church in Myrtle Beach and Vicar for Family Life for
the Diocese of Charleston, SC. For pilgrimage details and the
Registration Form, go to: www.FamilyHonor.org and click the
Pilgrimage tab. Or, contact Canterbury Pilgrimages at
1.800.653.0017 or the Family Honor office at 803.929.0858.
We encourage you to register soon. Space is limited.
