The single gantry CNC controlled cutting table is equipped with a single cutting
axis with an ultrasonic cutter and a crush
cutter or round knife for cutting panel
blinds, roller blinds, screens, and other textiles. The cutting axis moves over the table
to cut perfect parallel lines. Each panel
must be turned 90 degrees to be cut in the
other direction in order to get a perfectly
square panel that is cut on all 4 sides. This
working method saves up to 30% time compared traditional cutting tables. Options include an unwinding system, back lighting,
roll storage system, line lasers for alignment, and a clamping bar to pull fabric on
the table.

With the CNC controlled cutting table
with two gantries, rectangular shapes such
as panel blinds, vertical blinds, roller blinds,
samples, and screens can be cut without
turning for a perfect square and accurate
cut. Each cutting axis moves independently
and is equipped with a double clamping
system to clamp the fabric during the cutting process. Each cutting head has two
universal tool supports. Based on a fabric
database, the software selects the correct
tool and cutting parameters. Order information is imported via barcode or a LAN connection after which a fabric optimization
software combines panels in order to save

werden über Barcode oder einen LANAnschluss importiert. Die Maschinensoftware
berechnet anschließend automatisch die
Verschachtelung der Zuschnitte. Viele
Optionen sind erhältlich wie automatischer
Stoffabzug, integriertes Rollenlagersystem
mit automatischem Rollenwechsel,
Passmarkersoftware, Winckeleinstellung.

REWINDING AND SLITTING
The Tango, Samba, Rumba, and
Bolero are the famous Asco rewinding and
cross cutting machines for measuring rolls
of fabric, inspecting for flaws, and cutting
fabrics. The machines are used by wholesalers, textile companies, curtain manufacturers, and many other companies all
over the world. The Salsa length and cross
cutting machine is the perfect machine for
cutting flags and banners, samples, panel
blinds, and hospitality fabrics.
All machines are built to customer’s specification and a lot of options are available
such as back lighting, inspection software,
