PRO-LIFE CORNER - Abortion is at the core of the “affordable health care” act. We need affordable health
care, but not at the expense of the unborn, the elderly, and the infirm. Pray that our legislators will deliver to us
affordable health care without abortion and euthanasia.
FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK
Dear Parishioners,
Today is the Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time and also SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. As the two
NFL champions, the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, battle for the Vince Lombardi Trophy,
I want to recall another important group of “super stars” in our midst. Last week was CATHOLIC
SCHOOLS WEEK and I believe that the dedicated faculty, staff and students of Our Lady of Fatima
School are true educational stars. They strive each day to grow in knowledge, wisdom, maturity, faith
and grace. May the Lord continue to bless all the members of our parish school community!
Msgr. Mahoney
