NOTES:

The weekday schedule is subject to change and potential delays may arise due to Court business.

Wedding times are Monday through Friday at the times shown above. Every effort is made to
perform the weddings as scheduled; however, the business of the Court takes precedence.

Weddings are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, after presenting payment and
Marriage License to the window clerk. No Refunds.

The fee is waived on weekdays for active duty servicemen and women with military ID.

Certified copies of the Marriage License will be available in the County Clerk’s Office (Suite
106) after 9:00 AM on the first business day following the wedding day.

Saturday weddings may be performed at the courthouse. Special fees apply to these weddings.
Saturday weddings must be paid in advance during regular Court hours.


For licenses purchased outside of Harris County there will be a $8.00 charge for certified
mailing.

Las Bodas son de Lunes a Viernes en los horarios indicados posteriormente. Se hace todo el esfuerzo para hacer las
bodas en el horario indicado; por lo tanto los eventos de la Corte son prioridad.

Las Bodas se hacen en el orden que presenten el pago y La Licencia de Matrimonio en las ventanas. No se hacen
devoluciones.

El costo no aplica de lunes a viernes para los militares en servicio activo (hombres o mujeres) con identificación
militar.

Las Copias Certificadas de la Licencia de Matrimonio estarán disponibles en la Oficina del Condado (oficina #106)
