Hay frases populares que reflejan verdades como puños.
Una de ellas es “Una imagen vale más que mil palabras” y,
en referencia a imágenes, hemos querido recoger algunas
de las más representativas de qué fue y cómo fue Barcelona
Meeting Point 2012, un Salón Inmobiliario Internacional cuyo
objetivo fundacional fue el cubrir una necesidad del sector
como la de exponer sus productos y que afortunadamente
se coronó con éxito gracias sobre todo al apoyo de todos
aquellos que trabajan día a día en el sector.
Una idea convertida en realidad después de un gran esfuerzo
y la ilusión y el trabajo de muchas personas, hombres y
mujeres que quisieron contribuir a llevar a término un gran
proyecto: convertir a Barcelona Meeting Point en el primer
Salón Inmobiliario de Europa y el único profesional de España.
Hoy, a través de esta revista, hemos querido recoger
algunas imágenes y opiniones de personalidades nacionales
e internacionales, empresarios, público asistente y de las
personas que trabajaron para convertir a Barcelona Meeting
Point en esta brillante realidad.
Lo hemos presentado tal y como fue nuestro evento: un
Salón en donde se trabajó mucho y bien, en donde se
hicieron múltiples contactos y negocios, pero siempre en
un ambiente relajado y ameno, pues no hay duda de que se
puede trabajar y al mismo tiempo divertirse. Siempre lo he
dicho y hoy quisiera repetirlo: quizá lo más gratificante para
unos organizadores es el que los clientes, y en este caso los
expositores, hayan mostrado por activa y por pasiva su plena
satisfacción y su felicitación.
Ellos nos estimulan más, si cabe, de cara al futuro para
que Barcelona Meeting Point 2013 sea mucho mejor que el
2012, para internacionalizar mucho más nuestra muestra,
para convocar a los mejores ponentes del mundo a nuestro
Symposium y para preparar a una gran ciudad viva, activa,
moderna y hospitalaria para acoger un nuevo certamen que
consiga ganar nuevos adeptos y muchos más barceloneses
de adopción. Para este año, nuestro objetivo como siempre
es mejorar la calidad, haciendo un Salón con los mejores
servicios.
No quiero acabar esta salutación sin agradecer una vez más a
todas aquellas personas que han hecho posible esta exitosa
realidad su contribución, confiando en que en el 2013 sigan
estando con nosotros ayudándonos a convertir Barcelona y
con ello a Cataluña y a España en la capital internacional de
un sector tan importante para la economía como es el sector
inmobiliario.

There are popular sayings that express the truth like nothing else.
One such goes “an image is worth a thousand words”, and it is
with this in mind that we have gathered together some of the most
representative images to show exactly what Barcelona Meeting
Point 2012 was like. An International Real Estate Show, which was
set up to satisfy the domestic sector’s need to display its products,
has become a very successful event thanks to the hard work of many
people.
An idea turned into reality through enormous efforts and the faith of
men and women who all contributed to the successful development
of this great project: to make Barcelona Meeting Point the most
important International Real Estate Show in Europe and the only one
professional in Spain.
On this book, we have gathered a variety of pictures and opinions of
leaders both from our country and abroad, business people, visitors
and those whose work helped make Barcelona Meeting Point such a
magnificent event.
We present it just as it was: a Show where everybody worked hard
and well, where countless contacts were made and an enormous
volume of business done, but always in a relaxed and pleasant
atmosphere, showing that it is possible to work and enjoy oneself
at the same time.
I have always said it and I’ll say it again: the most gratifying thing
for exhibition organizers is when the customers, in this case the
exhibitors at the event, show their full satisfaction and contentment,
both actively and passively.
This will spur us on even more in the future to make Barcelona
Meeting Point 2013 much better than the 2012 edition, to make our
Show
more international, to invite the finest speakers in the world to our
Symposium and to prepare our great, lively, active, modern and
hospitable city to host Barcelona Meeting Point once again with the
aim of attracting even more participants, both locally and from all
over the world. This year, our aim is to excel in the quality and to
provide you with the best services.
I cannot end this short greeting without expressing my gratitude
once again to all who helped make this Event such a success, and
my hope that they will redouble their efforts in 2013 to help make
Barcelona, and with it Catalonia and Spain, the international capital
of such an important industry for the economy as it is the real estate
business.
My most sincere thanks to you all and see you in BMP 2013
