Informazioni tecniche generali
JA2 – JA3 sono vasche di stoccaggio con agitatore ad asse
verticale aventi la funzione di tenere in mescolazione il
liquido contenuto evitando che la miscela si decanti o si
solidifichi nella vasca stessa. L’azione meccanica della doppia
serie di pale consente di mescolare intensamente il liquido e
di raggiungere maggiore omogeneità. La vasca di stoccaggio
è dotata di pompa verticale provvista di circuito by pass per
il riciclaggio della miscela all’interno della vasca stessa. La
funzione di tale pompa sarà di sovralimentare eventuali
iniettori o altre attrezzature di cantiere poste a valle della
vasca. La vasca di stoccaggio è dotata di elettrodi di livello
(optional) per automazione del carico/scarico e per controllo
del volume della miscela contenuta.

Informaciones técnicas generales
JA2 – JA3 son tanques de almacenamiento con agitador de
eje vertical y tienen la función de mantener mezclado el
líquido contenido evitando que la mezcla se decante o
solidifique en el tanque. La acción mecánica de la doble serie
de palas permite mezclar intensamente el líquido y obtener
mayor homogeneidad. El tanque de almacenamiento consta
de una bomba vertical con circuito by pass para el reciclaje de
la mezcla dentro del tanque. La función de esta bomba es la
de alimentar otros inyectores o equipamientos de la obra, si
los hubiera, colocados después del tanque. El tanque de
almacenamiento consta de electrodos de nivel (opcional)
para la automatización de la carga / descarga y el control del
volumen de la mezcla contenida.
General technical information
JA2-JA3 are storage tanks with vertical axis agitator that
has the function of mixing liquid inside the tank avoiding
mixture solidification. The mechanical action of double
series of shovels allows to mix thoroughly the liquid to
obtain homogenous mixture. The storage tank is equipped
with vertical pump for mixture by-pass circuit get recycling
in the tank itself. This vertical pump will feed other jobsite
equipment placed downstream the tank itself. The storage
tank is equipped with level electrodes (optional) for
automatic charge/discharge function and for the control of
stored mixture quantity.

Allgemeine technische Informationen
JA2 und JA3 sind Vorratsbehälter mit Rührwerk mit vertikaler
Achse, welche die Aufgabe haben, die darin vorhandene
Flüssigkeit gleichmäßig und absetzungsfrei zu mischen. Durch
den zweifachen Rührarm wird eine homogene Mischung der
Flüssigkeit erreicht.
Der Vorratsbehälter ist mit einer vertikalen Pumpe mit ByPass-Kreislauf ausgestattet, wobei die Mischung im Kreislauf
gepumpt werden kann oder andere Abnehmer damit bestückt
werden können. Der Vorratsbehälter ist mit Niveauelektroden
(Option) ausgestattet, die die Be- und Entladung der Mischung
in/aus dem Vorratsrührwerk automatisch steuern sowie die
Menge der enthaltenen Mischung überwacht.
