In order to define the opening sense of the door pay attention to this: If you look at the
door on the side where the upper track is intalled, the opening direction is the one to
which would make the opening of the door.
The photos of these instructions correspond to a left hand opening door. For a rightopening door you must follow all the instructions symmetrically.
1. Sub-frame installation
The sub-frame is supplied with threshold and corners that must be removed when the
work is completely contrived, never before.

Rivet Nut
Thresholds
The bottom of the frame and lower threshold indicates the ground level.
ATTENTION the frame has a sense and it cannot be placed in any position. To install it
in the correct position, look up the door where you will notice the upper track, you should
see the rivet nut in the sub-frame bar.
For doors opening to the left, rivet nuts will be in the bar that it is on our right side(the
observer is always on the side where the upper track, where hang the door leaf).
For doors opening to the right, rivet nuts will be in the bar that is on our left side.

Receive on-site with open anchors
Open the end of the anchors with pliers. Each height has three anchors.
After setting the work, remove the brackets and braces.
You can finish the wall as you decided, but you have to make sure to leave space for the
installation of the linings.

2. Assembly of the clamp profile to the track
Screwed on the wall, plaster previously, the clamp profile of the track, placing it at the
position indicated by the manufacturer regarding the sub-frame (see diagram below for
profile position regarding the sub-frame).
Used 8x40 nylon studs with screws of 6.3 x50.

Once you submitted the clamping profile of the track, remove it in order to install the
upper track in the wide, after mounting the liners and the upper track in the width the
clamping profile of the track will be install it again.
3. . Lower track installation
Screwed on the ground, at the height of ground level if it isn’t finished, the lower track,
located at the position indicated by the manufacturer regarding the sub-frame (see
diagram of the lower track position regarding the sub-frame).

The lower track must be placed on the opposite side to the U-lock of the sliding door.
Used 6x30 nylon studs with screws of 4.2 x38.

4. Lining installation to the frame
Insert tips of the inside lining on the outside lining of heights then repeat the operation
with it in the width linings.

Use a joining machine to join the lining, and finally, fold the tips on the inside lining above
the outside lining with a nylon mallet.
5. Upper track Installation
Rememberthat in order to screw the upper track, previously you must remove the
clamping profile of the track.
The upper track is mounted on the side where the track is and it is screwed onto the
outside lining width with four screws of 4.2 x13.

6. U-lock base installation
U-lock base is mounted above the sub frame linning in the U-lock side of the door (see
pictures).

It screws with four pairs of Allen screws M6x15, 8 screws in total. The screws on the top
of each pair are heavily tightened, while the bottom screws of each pair only have to
submit for final tightening after mounting the U-lock(next step).
7. U-lock installation
The U-Lock is mounted on the base of theU-lock, fitting it over the heads of the allen
screws M6x15. Then slide the latch down and tighten the 4 screws in the previous step,
and thus the U-lock is fixed.

8. Installation of the strike in U-lock
The strike of the U-lock is mounted on the U-Lock, fitting from the upper part till the lower
part, taking into account the position of the locker housing.

9. Track installation
From step number 5 of these instructions, you can mount the track. For a proper
placement, the cap opening, comprising a M6 screw attached to onepart of the track has
to be on the side of opening.

Screw the track on the clamping profile support of the track, leaving it in level.
Position the track on the clamping
profile support of the track holding the
benchmarks of the figure. When leaf
has been hang the track can be reset.
10. Door Leaf installation
First of all the ball bearing hanger has to be installed into the track.
Then fit the door leaf on the lower track.
Next, fit the screws on the door leaf to the ball bearing hanger and tighten.
Finally, check that the door and the lock, open and close properly. If not, it is indicative
that the door needs to regulation by the securing screws to the ball bearing hanger.

11. Track cover
The track cover is intalled on the clamping profile support of the track, fixing with screws
of 4.2 x13.
