duo is a collection of adhesive bathroom accessories
which can be installed without any need to drill or make
holes in the wall. Designed to make maximum use of the
walls and free up areas of the bathroom, they are not only
ideal for small spaces but also for areas which need to be
well-ordered.
With a very functional design, all of the duo pieces can
be purchased with round trims in the more traditional
line, and square trims for more modern environments.
They are highly resistant adhesive pieces which are easy
to install for people who want to avoid complications
when updating their bathrooms.

se instalan sin necesidad de taladrar ni hacer agujeros en

Duo es la primera colección de accesorios de baño
de Bath+ que se instalan sin necesidad de taladrar
ni hacer agujeros. Hoy las personas cambian su lugar
de vivienda en numerosas ocasiones, muchas deciden
renovar o actualizar sus espacios o simplemente ordenar las estancias para que resulten más funcionales.
Estas nuevas necesidades requieren de productos en
el mercado que sean fáciles de instalar, sin complicaciones, y asequibles a todos los bolsillos. Hemos pensado que había una necesidad real a la que además
podíamos aportar el diseño como valor diferencial.
Con Duo se ha conseguido crear una colección de accesorios adhesivos que cumple con su funcionalidad
y, a diferencia de otras en el mercado, tiene un diseño
cuidado como cualquier otra colección de accesorios
que requieren taladrar.

What is duo?
¿Qué es duo?
Duo is the first collection of bathroom accessories from Bath+ which are installed without
any need to drill or make holes. Nowadays,
people move house many times, many decide
to renovate or update their rooms or simply to
give the rooms some order to make them more
functional. These new necessities require
products on the market which are easy to install, without complications, and affordable for
all budgets. We decided that there was a real
need for which we could produce a design as a
differential value. With Duo we have managed
to create a collection of adhesive accessories
which are suitably functional and which, unlike others on the market, have as meticulous a
design as you would find in any other collection
which requires drilling.
All of the pieces in the collection (hangers, soap
dishes, dispensers, glasses, towel rails, toilet
roll holders, toilet brushes and containers) can
be easily, comfortably and cleanly adhered so
that anyone can install them.

validation tests which have been carried out in
our quality laboratory, exceeding a static load
of above 5kg. The use of 3M adhesives in our
accessories enables us to offer the very highest guarantee of bonding, to ensure resistance
to moisture and high temperatures as well as
cleaning products and solvents.

This adhesive collection has been designed to
make maximum use of walls and free up areas of
the bathroom. It is ideal for small spaces, but also
for areas which need to be well-ordered. With this
adhesion system we can install as many accessories as we want, in the place we like best: on the
wall, behind a door or partition or on the side of a
cabinet. All of the pieces can be purchased with
round trims in the more traditional line, and square
trims for more modern environments.

Es ideal para espacios reducidos pero también para
aquellos que necesitan estar ordenados. Con este sistema de adhesivo, podemos colocar tantos accesorios

Duo has very diverse customers because the
pieces are general-purpose; from people who
move a lot to large families, young people, single people, the elderly…in short, everyone who
wants functional designs which are easy to install and affordable.
Duo tiene un público muy diverso porque las piezas son

maintaining a neat and harmonious interior and
exterior appearance. This is possible thanks
to its design and its accessories, such as the
tumbler and container, which can be used either
on the countertop or to keep the draw tidy, and
the hanger for the washbasin. Furthermore,
offers consumers the chance to fit their
bathrooms with a cabinet, mirrors of various
sizes and LED lighting.

The main difference is in its design. If you
compare it to other products on the market of a

Each decision during the design and development
process has been made with these premises in
mind. We wanted to offer added value because
nowadays consumers are looking for affordable
solutions without sacrificing functionality and
innovative design. We have designed two type
of washbasins, warm and rounded shapes for the
vitreous china one, and current and rectangular for
the resin one. Also, we wanted to design a special
U-bend so that we could offer deeper drawers,
thus ensuring that our cupboard has the largest
capacity on the market today. In addition, we have
created some complements (container with cover,
tumbler and robe kooks) suitable for both the
washbasin and the cabinet that always seek the
balance between the functional and the aesthetic.

tangulares para el acabado en resina. También, se buscó un sifón especial para poder ofrecer una mayor profundidad de los cajones, consiguiendo así que nuestro
mueble sea el que mayor capacidad ofrece a día de
hoy. Por otro lado se han creado unos complementos
(contenedor con tapa, vaso y colgador) que se adaptan
tanto al mueble como al lavabo, buscando siempre un
equilibrio entre lo funcional y lo estético.

The
range is wide as it offers dimensions
between 50cm and 120cm. The smaller models
allow to pack lots of features into a small space,
making optimal use of the space; the bigger
models can create a pleasant environment
where you can share but keeping your own
room. It offers interior and exterior structured
order, bringing harmony to the bathroom. Real
bathrooms are full of everyday items and
wants to make everyday actions practical and
simple, with a fresh and appealing design.

es muy amplia, da soluciones desde 50 cm a 120 cm de ancho. Los modelos más
pequeños permiten compactar funcionalidad en el
mínimo espacio para aprovechar al máximo los metros cuadrados; por otro lado con los modelos más
grandes se puede crear un entorno agradable donde
poder compartir salvaguardando el espacio individual de cada uno. También, proporciona un orden
estructurado tanto interior como exteriormente, que

Anyone who has to furnish or refurbish their
bathroom, who does not have a great deal of
space and who is looking for an affordable
solution without sacrificing its design. The
countertop can be resin or vitreous china and
the cabinets suitable for any room and style are
available in anthracite, slate and either glossy
or matte white for people who are looking for a
more modern style, and in ash and oak for those
who want a warmer feel.
A todo aquel que tenga que amueblar su baño o quiera reformarlo, que no disponga de muchos metros
cuadrados y además busque una solución económica

as the choice of combinations of colours and materials.

was developed from a series of creation
workshops that we carried out to understand our
market. These workshops consisted of working
with users of different ages in order to determine
their needs. At first, it was meant to be directed at
a young audience, but in the end we designed a
bathroom collection which would adapt to a wider
target audience, a more practical and contemporary collection. We noticed that many users wanted easy access to everything. One of the aspects
we worked on most in the workshops was order
and ease of use. Based on this, we created a design with modern aesthetics, which would at the
same time transmit warmth.

a mano. Uno de los aspectos que más se trabajó en los
talleres fue el orden y la facilidad de uso. Partiendo de
esa base, creamos un diseño con una estética actual y
que a la vez transmitiera calidez.

create a fast-use area where the collection’s accessories can be kept, such as the container-tray giving
easy-access to toiletries and daily-use cosmetics. As
for the finishes, we would highlight the combination
of painted veneer finishes in whilte, stone grey and
blue, with wooden finishes in gloss-white, ash, white
ash, oak, white oak and anthracite-slate grey. There
is a trend towards the combination of these materials.

criar uma zona visível de utilização rápida, onde se podem colocar complementos da coleção, como o recipiente-tabuleiro,

Relativamente aos acabamentos, destaca-se a combinação
de chapa pintada, em branco, cinzento-pedra e azul, com
os acabamentos em madeira, em branco-brilhante, cinza,
cinza-branco, carvalho, carvalho-branco e antracite-ardósia.

One of the main characteristics is that it is designed to
be easily adapted to the personal taste of each client
according to individual preferences. For example,
you can choose which side of the cabinet column
you want to put the shelving module, and the colour
of its veneer. And the collection can be combined so
that the washbasin unit has the same finishes. The
accessories range has been expanded. The bathroom
cabinet includes a container with a tray, a double
container and tray with dividers to ensure a more
efficient organization of items inside the cabinet.
We have incorporated other accessories which
were not available with the
collection, such
as the dispenser, a double cup and a toilet brush. All
the accessories come in a white exterior, and the
colour of the interior can be chosen from the same
colour range offered for the veneer in order to ensure
continuity in the collection.
Una de las principales características es que tal y como está
pensado se puede adaptar a los gustos de cada cliente a
partir de sus preferencias. Por ejemplo, se puede elegir en
qué lado del armario-columna se quiere colocar el módulo
de estanterías y con qué color de chapa. Y el conjunto se
puede combinar con los mismos acabados para el mueble
del lavabo. En cuanto a los complementos, se ha ampliado la
gama. Con el mueble de baño se incluye un contenedor con
bandeja, un contenedor doble y una bandeja con divisorias
con el objetivo de conseguir un mayor organización en el
mueble. Se han creado otros accesorios que la colección
no tenía como el dosificador, un vaso doble y un
escobillero. Todos los accesorios son de color blanco en el
exterior y se puede elegir el color del interior a partir de las
mismas tonalidades que se ofrece para la chapa, con lo que
de esta manera se consigue una continuidad en el conjunto.

Based on our awareness of real needs, we
have managed to create a design that is likely
to become the new trend. In the workshops we
noticed that many users did not like their toiletry items to be mixed together. That is when
we realized that we needed to offer solutions to
ensure practicality and order.

customer, as far as he is concerned, cannot return any
goods to us without our previous acceptance or consent. In case the customer wants to cancel or amend
an order that has been already shipped, the customer
will be invoiced with € 50 (VAT non included) as return
management expenses.
Los pedidos recibidos directamente de los clientes o realizados
por nuestros representantes en nombre de ellos siempre estarán sujetos a nuestra aceptación. Industrias COSMIC, S.A. da
por confirmados todos los pedidos recibidos y, si no hay notificación específica se entenderán como aceptados.

Goods will be invoiced in accordance with our current
price list at the moment of shipment. The prices are
F.C.A. Barcelona for orders above € 1,500; for orders
below € 1,500 goods will be shipped under Ex-Works
conditions.
Ningún pedido aceptado por nosotros se podrá retractar ni anular sin nuestra aceptación. El cliente, por su parte, no podrá
efectuar ninguna devolución de mercancía sin nuestro consentimiento previo. En el caso de anulación o modificación por parte
del cliente y por causas ajenas a Industrias COSMIC, S.A. de
un pedido que ya haya sido expedido, se facturará al cliente un
importe de 50€ netos (IVA no incluidos) en concepto de gastos
de gestión y transporte.

La mercancía será facturada de acuerdo con nuestra tarifa vigente en el momento del envío. Los precios serán F.C.A. Barcelona para pedidos superiores a 1.500€. Los pedidos inferiores
a 1.500€ serán enviados ExWorks.

De no existir otro acuerdo, las condiciones de pago serán:
- Letra de crédito irrevocable a la vista
- Transferencia por avanzado
- Contado contra documento

Industrias COSMIC, S.A. ofrece una garantía contra todos los
defectos de materia prima y fabricación por un período de 2
años para el mobiliario, lavabos y espejos y 10 años para los
accesorios, a partir del momento de adquisición por parte
del cliente final. A fin de determinar la fecha de adquisición
será imprescindible la presentación de la factura de compra.
Esta garantía consistirá en la sustitución de la pieza que determine su irregular funcionamiento, salvo por razones de uso
inadecuado, montaje o instalación, mantenimiento indebido o
defectos provocados por reacciones químicas, electroquímicas
o eléctricas.
La garantía excluye de responsabilidad a Industrias COSMIC,
S.A. de todas las consecuencias derivadas del funcionamiento
o instalación de nuestros productos y esta no reconoce ninguna
indemnización por la sustitución de artículos defectuosos ni demanda por daños y perjuicios.

Industrias COSMIC, S.A. intenta siempre reducir al máximo los
tiempos de servicio al cliente, ajustándose en lo posible a los
requisitos de plazo solicitados expresamente en el pedido y,
en caso de no poder satisfacerlos, se enviará una notificación.

Los productos marca Bath+, objeto de pedido, se entregarán
bajo reserva de dominio a favor de Industrias COSMIC, S.A.
hasta el total cumplimiento de las obligaciones de pago por
parte del comprador.

Industrias COSMIC, S.A. offers a guarantee against all
raw material and manufacturing defects for a period
of 2 years for furniture, washbasins and 10 years for
accessories. The guarantee is valid from the time of
purchase by the final customer. To confirm the date of
purchase, the invoice of the consumer should be provided. The guarantee consists in the replacement, free
of charge, the defective piece that impedes the regular
use of the item, except in case of improper use, incorrect assembly or installation, natural wear and tear,
improper maintenance or, chemical, electrochemical
or electrical influences. Industrias COSMIC, S.A. are
not responsible for all the damage brought about by
misuse or bad installation of the products and won’t
accept any indemnities for the replacement of defective pieces or any demands for damage.

Industrias COSMIC, S.A. always try to minimize the
customer service time and to meet the lead time requirements on our costumers’ orders as much as possible. In case we cannot satisfy them, customers will
be duly advised.

Ordered Bath+ products will be delivered under reservation of title in favour of Industrias COSMIC, S.A. until
all payment obligations by the purchaser have been
met in full.
10 In case of claims regarding the interpretation or execution of the herewith sales conditions, will be competent the courts of our head office’s jurisdiction.
10 Las disputas referentes a la interpretación o a la ejecución de
estas condiciones generales de venta pasarán a ser competencia de los tribunales de nuestra jurisdicción.
