La Casita de la Moraña is a cozy and romantic village house made by stone, wooden and typical brick of the region of Moraña.It is
just 15 kms from the capital of Avila by the motorway. The house is located in the most agricultural and livestock region of the
province. The house has just one floor, it has living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room area, bedroom with marital
bed and double bedroom, full bathroom.It has a wide garden with grass.The bookings of high season will be paid the 50% of the
deposit.In case of cancellation you will need to let us know  with 10 days in advance, after these days you will not get you money
back.It has covered swimming pool (it is not conditioned) from MAY to SEPTEMBER

*From Madrid:
Take the A-6 direction A Coruña up to the detour of Avila. Take the AP-51 up to Õvila, you do not need to get into Õvila, you can
go around.
*Going around Õvila, take the A-50 direction to Salamanca and about 14 km take the exit 14 with detour to the right to Las Berlanas.
Getting into the village there is a road direction to Monsalupe and fifty meters we take the right and then the first street to the left.
