l Lago ha reunido, junto con AGRO Magazine
y Oak Power PR, a algunos de los principales vinos rosados de Málaga
para realizar una cata bajo
la dirección técnica de Jesús
María Claros, Master en Enología y Viticultura y Paco García,
sumiller y director de nuestro
restaurante.
Entre las principales conclusiones que se han extraído de
la cata destaca la diversidad
de los vinos rosados que se
elaboran en la provincia. Con
un total de ocho variedades
de uva utilizadas (Syrah, Garnacha, Rome, Tempranillo, Petit
Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot
y Moscatel Negro) procedentes de 4 zonas de producción
(Zona Norte de Antequera,
Serranía de Ronda, Montes de
Málaga y Comarca de la Axarquía). Abanico de vinos muy
amplio, con notas de cata muy
diferentes, destacando en algunos el color peculiar, intensidad aromática y volumen en
boca, que pueden maridarse
con multitud de propuestas
gastronómicas.
Son propuestas diversas de
rosados de Málaga dirigidas a
perfiles muy diferentes, desde
vinos ligeros para tapear hasta
los más complejos que pueden
maridarse en Menú de Estrella
Michelin de El Lago.
E
l Lago, along with
AGRO Magazine and
Oak Power PR, has
gathered some of the
main rosé wines from Málaga
in order to do a wine tasting
under the technical supervision of Jesús María Claros,
Master of Oenology and Viticulture, and Paco García, sommelier and manager of our
restaurant.
Among the main conclusions
drawn from the tasting is the
great diversity of rosé wines
made in the province. With
a total of eight varieties of
grame being used (Syrah, Garnacha, Rome, Tempranillo, Petit
Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot
and Black Moscatel), coming
from 4 production areas (North
of Antequera, the Serranía of
Ronda, the Mountains of Málaga and the Axarquía region). A
wide range of wines, with very
different tasting notes, with
such attributes as a peculiar
colour, the aromatic intensity
and the in-mouth volume being highlighted. They can all
be used with large numbers of
gastronomic choices.
A highly diverse variety of rosé
wines from Málaga, aimed at
very different profiles. From
light wines to be drunk with
Tapas to more complex ones
that are worthy of accompanying a delicious meal from the
Michelin-Star winning Menu
of El Lago.

Dressing:

sauce, extra virgin olive oil,
ketchup, white truffle oil, salt
and pepper.
Crema de huevos fritos:
6 huevos fritos.
150 ml. Leche.
Sal y pimienta.
Fried egg cream:
6 fried eggs.
150 ml of milk.
Salt and pepper.
Freimos los huevos y
trituramos con el resto de
ingredientes. Reservar.
Fry the eggs and crush them
together with the rest of the
ingredients. Put it aside.
Elaboración:
Limpiamos los solomillos,
y cortaremos 100 grs.
Por pax para la ración de
carta y 50 grs. Para el menú.
Una vez racionada la carne
la sazonamos con un poco
de sal y el aliño.
How to cook:
Clean the steaks and cut 100
grams per person for regular
portions and 50 grams per
person for the set menu. Once
the meat has been divided
into portions, season it with a
bit of salt and the dressing.

High Cuisine Friends Association.
One of the aims of this brand
that stands out the most is to
make Marbella the top gastronomic destination in the
South of Spain, just like San
Sebastian is in the North, as
well as making its tourism
less season based through the
creation of a schedule which
includes relevant gastronomic
activities throughout the less
busy months. Other purposes
will be to boost Health Tourism, which is always related
to High Cuisine and the finest
food, in addition to supporting
the up-and-coming, high-level

programas dirigidos a niños, adultos,

Mini-Tennis: Dirigido a niños menores de 7 años que estén tomando los
