P-WI 2 SET:
- Posibilidad de configurar desde el teclado el valor de dos setpoints
(máx. 9.999), la histéresis y el filtro de oscilaciones de peso.
- Para un peso superior o igual a los valores de setpoint configurados,
los contactos correspondientes cambiarán de estado. El intercambio
de los contactos para un peso decreciente se producirá teniendo
en cuenta los valores de histéresis configurados (diF1, diF2).
Ej.: SEt.1 = 100, diF.1 = 10, para un peso en aumento se obtendrá el
intercambio del contacto en 100, para peso en disminución en 90.
- Posibilidad de impresión del peso desde el teclado con fecha y hora.
- Cerrando la entrada NETO/BRUTO se visualizará cero para permitir
al operador cargar en sucesión distintas cantidades de producto en
peso neto; para visualizar el peso bruto cerrar nuevamente la entrada
durante 3 segundos.
- Posibilidad de seleccionar los contactos NA o NC.
- The following values can be programmed from keyboard: set-points (max
9999), hysteresis, weight oscillation filter.
- For weight equal or greater than the programmed set-point values, the
condition of relays will changes. The contact changeover is performed for
decreasing weights according to the hysteresis values set (diF 1, diF 2).
For example: SEt.1=100, diF.1=10; for increasing weight will change over
the contact at 100, for decreasing weight at 90.
- Possibility of printing out weight,date and time from keyboard.
- By closing the NET/GROSS input the instrument will display zero to allow
the operator to load different quantities of product with sequential net weight;
for displaying the gross weight close again for few seconds.
- It is possible to select the contacts as Normally Open or Closed.

- Posibilidad de configurar desde el teclado los valores de lento, vuelo,
peso máximo, filtro de oscilaciones de peso.
- Cálculo del valor de vuelo automático y de los consumos.
- Posibilidad de impresión desde el teclado de las constantes y consumos;
impresión automática de los datos de dosificación con cada fin de ciclo.
- Función pausa desde el teclado durante la dosificación.
Dosificación: cerrar el contacto de INICIO, si ha sido seleccionada la
autotara el instrumento visualizará cero, después iniciará la dosificación.
Alcanzado el valor de PESO menos el LENTO se abrirá el LENTO (inicio
de la fase de dosificación lenta). Alcanzado el valor de PESO menos
el VUELO se abrirá el contacto de PESO y después de 3 segundos se
visualizará nuevamente el peso presente en la balanza. El operador podrá
interrumpir la dosificación en cualquier momento pulsando STOP.
Posibilidad de reanudar el ciclo, después de un corte de electricidad,
desde el punto en cual se interrumpió.
P-WI SCARICO (DESCARGA):
- Posibilidad de configurar desde el teclado los valores de lento, vuelo,
peso mínimo, filtro de oscilaciones de peso.
- Cálculo del valor de vuelo automático y de los consumos.
- Posibilidad de impresión desde el teclado de las constantes y consumos;
impresión automática de los datos de dosificación con cada fin de ciclo.
- Función pausa desde el teclado durante la dosificación.
Dosificación: cerrar el contacto de INICIO, el instrumento visualizará cero,
después iniciará la dosificación (durante la dosificación mientras se está
extrayendo el producto se verá el peso que aumenta en el display).
Alcanzado el valor de PESO menos el LENTO se abrirá el LENTO (inicio
de la fase de dosificación lenta). Alcanzado el valor de PESO menos
el VUELO se abrirá el contacto de PESO y después de 3 segundos se
visualizará nuevamente el peso presente en la balanza. El operador podrá
interrumpir la dosificación en cualquier momento pulsando STOP.
Posibilidad de reanudar el ciclo, después de un corte de electricidad,
desde el punto en cual se interrumpió.

minus the SLOW value is reached the slow contact is opened (slow batching
phase). When the WEIGHT value minus the FALL value is reached, the
microprocessor will open the weight contact and after 3 sec. the weight on
the balance will be displayed again. The operator can stop the batching by
pressing STOP at any time.
In case of a power supply black-out, the batching can start again from the
point in which it was interrupted.
P-WI SCARICO (UNLOAD):

value, fall, minimum weight, filter.
- Automatic fall and consumption calculation.
- Possibility of printing constants and consumptions from keyboard; automatic
printing of batching data at the end of every cycle.
- Pause of the batching by the keyboard.
Batching: Close the START contact, the instrument will display zero, then start
batching (during batching the weight increase is displayed while the weight
is extracted). When the WEIGHT value minus the SLOW value is reached
the slow contact is opened (slow batching phase). When the WEIGHT value
minus the FALL value is reached, the microprocessor will open the weight
contact and after 3 sec. the weight on the balance will be displayed again.
The operator can stop the batching by pressing STOP at any time.
In case of a power supply black-out, the batching can start again from the
point in which it was interrupted.
