Dee Zee Running Board Installation Instructions
Congratulations on your purchase of a quality Dee Zee product. Dee Zee is

Note: Please take time to read all of the instructions before beginning this installation.
Warning! Please check for wiring or other obstructions before drilling any holes into
the vehicle. If it is necessary to drill any holes into the vehicle, Dee Zee recommends
putting a sealant or rust inhibitor around all holes drilled into the body of the vehicle.
Warning! It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to check for tire clearance.
Warning! It is unlawful and dangerous to ride on running boards or side box boards
while the vehicle is in motion.
Cleaning Instructions: To maintain the bright finish of your Dee Zee running boards,
clean with a mild detergent. For our stainless steel products and accessories, the
application of a high grade automotive type wax is recommended.

Place the bulb-seal gasket (B) onto the backclip of the running board (A) and press it firmly into place.
Cut the bulb-seal gasket so that it is flush with the ends of the running board (A).
Placez la garniture d’ampoule-joint (b) sur le backlip du panneau courant (a) et serrez
fermement dans l’endroit. Coupez la garniture d’ampoule-joint de sorte qu’elle soit affleurante

Place 5/16” Flat Washer - Blk (N) on 3/8” x 1 1/4” Hex Head Bolt (P) and insert into the slot on the
Bracket (C/D) (E/F) and thread on theM10 - 1.5 Threaded Plate (Q) as shown below.
Coloque 5/16” Arandela Plana - Blk (N) en 3/8” X 1 1/4” Cerrojo de Cabeza de Mal de ojo (P) y la
adición en la ranura en el Paréntesis (C/D) (E/F) y el hilo en theM10 - 1,5 Plato Enhebrado (Q)
como mostrado abajo.

Locate openings on the backside of the Rocker Panel (3a). Remove the tape that conceals the
opening. Insert Bracket Assembly into Rocker Panel as shown below (3b). Do not tighten Bracket
Assembly down. There is three Bracket Assemblies per side: (1) Front Bracket Assembly
(2) Middle Bracket Assembly
(1) Rear Bracket Asssembly
Localice aperturas en el trasero del Entrepaño (3a de Balancín). Quite la cinta que oculta la
apertura. Meta la Asamblea de Paréntesis en el Entrepaño de Balancín como mostrado debajo
de (3b). No apriete la Asamblea de Paréntesis hacia abajo. Hay tres Asambleas de Paréntesis
por el lado: (1) La Asamblea Anterior de Paréntesis (2) la Asamblea Mediana de Paréntesis (1)

Locate the bolts in the bottom of the Running Board
and line them up to the location of the Brackets. Place
the board on the Brackets and place the 1/4” Washer (K)
and the 1/4” Hex Nut (L) on the bolts.
Do not tighten the nut on the bolt. Leave them loose
at the point.
Localice los cerrojos en el fondo de la Tabla Corriente y
los forra hasta la ubicación de los Paréntesis. Coloque la
tabla en los Paréntesis y coloque la 1/4” Arandela (K) y la
1/4” Nuez del Mal de ojo (L) en los cerrojos. No apriete la
nuez en el cerrojo. Sálgales aflojan en el punto.

Take a 5/16” Flat Washer - Blk (N) and put on an 3/8” x 1 1/4” Hex Head Bolt (P) insert it through
the top hole on the Bent Bracket (G/H/I/J). Thread the M10 - 1.5 Threaded Plate (Q) on to the
3/8” x 1 1/4” Hex Head Bolt (P). As shown below. Do not tighten down.
Tome una 5/16” Arandela Plana - Blk (N) y ponga una 3/8” X 1 1/4” Cerrojo de Cabeza de Mal de
ojo (P) lo mete por el hoyo primero en el Paréntesis(G/H/I/J Doblado). Enhebre el M10 - 1,5 Plato
Enhebrado (Q) en a la 3/8” X 1 1/4” Cerrojo de Cabeza de Mal de ojo (P). Cuando mostrado abajo.
No apriete hacia abajo

Insert the M10 - 1.5 Threaded Plate (Q) on the Bracket Assembly into the under body hole
(as shown). Assemble the Bent Bracket (G/H) to the Front Bracket (C/D) using (2) 3/8” x 1” Hex Head Bolt (M), (2) - 3/8” Lock Washer (O), (2) - 5/16” Flat Washer - Blk (N) and (2) 3/8” Hex Nut (R). As shown. Do not tighten.

Insert the M10 - 1.5 Threaded Plate (Q) on the Rear Bracket Assembly into the under body hole
(as shown). Assemble the Bent Bracket (I/J) to the Rear Bracket (C/D) using (2) 3/8” x 1” Hex Head Bolt (M), (2) - 3/8” Lock Washer (O), (2) - 5/16” Flat Washer - Blk (N) and (2) 3/8” Hex Nut (R). As shown. Do not tighten.
