En 2012, el cineasta James Franco y un grupo de nueve
jóvenes realizadores se embarcaron en la adaptación al cine
de la poesía del poeta y novelista estadounidense Stephen
Dobyns. El grupo produjo un compendio de 10 cortometrajes
individuales que se editaron como un solo largometraje que
retrata la vida de Dobyns desde su infancia a la madurez.
In 2012, filmmaker James Franco and a group of nine young
filmmakers set out to adapt to the screen the poetry of American
poet and novelist Stephen Dobyns. The group produced a collection of 10 individual short films that were edited into a feature
narrative depicting Dobyns’ life from childhood to adulthood.
