1. WELCOME TO EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS
In 2016 the 25th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Movement
Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC) will take place in Seville, Spain from the 26th
September – 1st October. The Pre-Congress (26-28th Sep) will take place at
Universidad Pablo de Olavide, and the Main Congress (29 Sep-1 Oct) will take place at
NH Collection in Seville.
We are, as ESMAC members, very grateful for the support the industry has
given to our Society during all these years. Once again, we would like to invite you all
to take active part in our meeting as part of the industrial exhibition or sponsoring as
partners.
The programme of both the Pre-Congress and the Main Congress will be
organised in a way that there will be sufficient time and room for participants to
interact with the exhibiting companies. The points of catering will also be well merged
into the exhibition area. Hence, the meeting provides the optimal opportunity to
promote your company, products, and services to potential customers.

may need for the congress. We strongly encourage you to read it thoroughly, which

The annual ESMAC meeting attracts clinicians and researchers from multiple
disciplines such as orthopedics surgeons, neurologists, physical medicine and
rehabilitation physicians, as well as physiotherapists, prosthetists, occupational
therapists, human movement scientists, biomechanical/electrical/medical engineers,
and others interested in human movement.

4. OUTLINE OF THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
(Subject to changes. January 2016)
Scientific sessions will be complemented by plenary sessions given by world
experts, and a poster exhibition. Coffee breaks have been scheduled to last 30 minutes
to ensure that delegates have at least a full 30 minutes to engage with our valued
exhibitors in the morning and afternoon each day; combining lunch with trade and
poster exhibitions will last for 2 hours each day.

The exhibition is an integral part of ESMAC annual meeting. Exhibiting at the
“25th ESMAC Annual Meeting” gives you the opportunity to present your company,

The exhibition will be located in close vicinity to the meeting rooms and will be
combined with posters exhibitions and food and beverages buffet areas to guarantee a

8. ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
INDUSTRIAL
SYMPOSIA
5.000 €
These symposia are scheduled at the end of the scientific sessions on Monday,
Tuesday and Thursday, and allow a company to attract as wide an audience as it can to
present and/or discuss a topic of the company’s choice. We encourage symposia that
explore the most recent advances in the field and their implications for clinical
practice, and that are relevant to a varied audience.
The cost of the symposia includes room rental (in standard set-up) and
standard AV equipment (projector, laptop, and wireless presenter/microphone). Any
additional requirements (e.g. extra furniture or equipment or changes in the set-up of
the room) are at the expense and discretion of the partner.
The partner must choose the subject of the symposia and arrange the speakers
and moderators. Set-up and management of the symposia are at the company’s full
discretion.
The title, speaker(s), moderator(s) and any subtitle(s) need to be confirmed and
communicated to the organiser ([email protected]) by April
29th 2016.
Costs for speakers and moderators (travel, accommodation and registration
fee) participating in the symposia are at the sole expense of thepartner.
All attendees to the symposia need to be registered (paid) as full participants.

User Group Meeting

The organizer offers the opportunity for up to three parallel user group
meetings on Thursday over a sixty (60) minute slot
A user group meeting is included for Gold and Silver Sponsors.
User Group Meetings will be published in the final program and on the congress
website. Catering is to be paid separate.
The cost of the user Group Meeting includes room rental up to 30 px (in
standard set-up) and standard AV equipment (projector, laptop and microphone). Any
additional requirements are at the expense and discretion of the partner. All attendees
to these meetings need to be registered (paid) as full participants

10. DEADLINES AND LOCATION OF SPACE
The deadline for ALL BOOKINGS is May 15th 2016. For bookings initiated after
this date, full payment is due at the time of booking and the cost of the exhibition
spaces will have a 10 % surcharge.
Allocation of exhibition space and sponsoring items will be based on total
sponsorship contribution, for the Gold Sponsor an exclusive and exposed exhibition
space has been reserved. Excluding this, Silver Sponsors will have first choice, and
Bronze Sponsors will have second choice. The remaining exhibition spaces will be
treated on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Exhibitor setup for ESMAC 2016 from 2:00 pm on September 28th.
Exhibitors may begin dismantling and removing their exhibition by the end of
the morning coffee break on October 1st.

11. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Exhibitors/Partners must complete the reservation form and return it to the
Congress Secretariat by mail [email protected]
All aforementioned costs are quoted in EURO and do NOT include Spanish taxes
of 21%.
A reservation confirmation will be sent along with the invoice for payment of
the reserved. Payment of total fee must be made by all exhibitors and sponsors within
30 days of receipt of invoice raised by ADD Aprendizaje por la Experiencia S.A.
(ADDAXE).
12. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Neither the organizers nor the meeting venue can take any responsibility for injuries
or damages involving persons or properties during the event. The partners are requested to
have their staff and products insured.
