MOTION ACTIVATED SPRINKLER
Welcome to the world of the Green Enforcer™. Here there’s no need
to worry about unwanted pests making a mess of your golf course.
Situated on a heavy-duty quick coupler key, the Green Enforcer™
allows you to protect high-risk areas quickly and with precision.
An infrared motion sensor detects animals from up to 40' away
and uses a powerful combination of noise, spray, and motion to
keep your golf course at the top of its game. The following
manual will walk you through the basic setup and functionality of
your Green Enforcer™.

3. Adjust the duration of the spray by turning the duration adjustment knob.
4. Adjust the range of the sensor by turning the range adjustment knob.
5. Set the operation dial to your desired enforcement period.
6. Turn the handle of the quick coupler key until it stops in order to
open the valve and allow water flow.
7. Make further adjustments to the impact head, spray duration, and
sensor range as needed to fine-tune the enforced area.
Intelligent Sensing
The Green Enforcer™ is programed with Intelligent Sensing.
This feature automatically increases the time between each of the
valve activations to prevent overwatering. Turn this feature off by
rotating the dial to “OFF” and holding the 30 minute Water Cycle
Button for 20 seconds. The sprinkler will activate briefly to confirm.
Repeat the above steps to turn Intelligent Sensing back on.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR GREEN ENFORCER™
STEP 1: INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
1. Verify the operation dial is in the “OFF” position.
2. Remove the battery tray on the back of the control unit by
sliding it out. Battery tray is waterproof. You may need to use a
screwdriver to push on the tab and slide the compartment out.
3. Insert four AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included) as directed
in the tray and replace the tray.
Note:
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Use only alkaline batteries.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLING YOUR GREEN ENFORCER™
1. Thread the riser onto the valve.
2. Slip the mounting arm with attached control unit onto the riser.
3. Thread the impact sprinkler onto the riser above the mounting arm.
4. Thread the pressure regulator into the the valve.
5. Thread the coupler adapter into the pressure regulator.
6. Assemble the quick coupling key by threading the handle into its
base.
7. Thread the quick coupling key onto the coupler adapter and
tighten.
8. Plug the valve cable into the control unit.
STEP 3: OPERATING YOUR GREEN ENFORCER™
1. Insert the quick coupling key into the quick coupling valve.
2. Make adjustments to the impact sprinkler head so, when activated,
the spray is in the direction of the desired coverage zone (see section
"Adjusting The Pattern").

ADJUSTING THE CONTROL UNIT
You can swivel the control unit left and right for easy directional
adjustment. You can also adjust the control unit up or down by
loosening the attachment knob, moving the unit into the desired
position, and then re-tightening the attachment knob.
ADJUSTING THE PATTERN
Determine where you want the stream of water to go and position a
friction collar to the left and right of that area. Place the trip pin in
between the two friction collars in the down position. If you want to
water 360º, push the trip pin to the up position.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Water is leaking from joints.
Check if:
•Connections and swivel couplings are tight.
•Rubber washer is missing, pinched, or damaged
and replace if needed.
Sprinkler won’t activate.
Check if:
•Operation dial is set to appropriate time of day.
•Valve cable is connected to control unit.
•Batteries are low and replace if needed.
Sensor not detecting movement.
Check if:
•Range adjustment is set too low and adjust range if needed.
•Angle of sensor on mounting arm is too steep and adjust
sensor angle if needed.
•Object in front of sensor is moving and producing heat.
• Intelligent Sensing increases the delay between activations.
Deactivate Intelligent Sensing mode if desired (see "Intelligent
Sensing").
• There is dust, dirt, or hard water build-up on the white lens
which will limit sensitivity. Wipe the lens gently with a
damp cloth if needed.
Sprinkler is activating without movement.
Check if:
• Sensor is being triggered falsely. Ensure sensor is not pointed at
moving objects, such as water, sunlight behind trees and plants,
or windy areas. Activate Intelligent Sensing mode, if desired.
Sprinkler is taking longer to turn off.
Check if:
•Batteries are low and replace if needed.

ADJUSTING THE DISTANCE OF SPRAY
There are two ways to reduce the distance of the spray.
1. Screw diffuser pin into stream.
2. Press down deflector shield and turn distance control knob.
GREEN ENFORCER™ TIPS AND TRICKS
Position the sensor and sprinkler in the direction pests enter to
chase them away before they reach the enforced area.
Certain animals are intelligent enough to recognize the pattern
and range of the Green Enforcer™ and learn how to avoid the
spray. Occasional adjustments may be necessary to continue to
discourage these animals.

OPERATION DIAL FEATURES
OFF
Turns the sensor and valve off. Must be in this mode to install
batteries or to turn Intelligent Sensing on or off. Resets the time
delays between valve activation if Intelligent Sensing is on.
DAY
Activates sensor and valve only during daylight.
NIGHT
Activates sensor and valve only when dark.
ALWAYS
Sensor and valve are always active.
Working Temperature
Maximum: Do not operate at temperatures exceeding 120°F.
Minimum: Keep from freezing. To prevent damage from freezing
water, take the Green Enforcer™ inside and remove the battery
before the first winter frost.
40' MAXIMUM DETECTION RANGE
Warnings
For outdoor use with cold water only. Do not aim the sensor directly
at the sun, as this will cause damage to the sensor and limit the
effectiveness of the unit.
120° MAXIMUM DETECTION RANGE
Improper setup or use of sprinklers increases the risk of water
damage to property. Do not apply pressure or weight on the sensor
housing or sprinkler.
When expecting freezing temperatures, this product
should be removed from the water source to avoid
potential freeze damage.
DURATION ADJUSTMENT KNOB
• Turn knob toward the + to increase how long the water sprays.
• Turn knob toward the – to decrease how long the water sprays.
SENSOR ADJUSTMENT KNOB
•Turn knob toward the + to increase the distance
the sensor monitors.
•Turn knob toward the – to decrease the distance
the sensor monitors.
30 MIN. WATER CYCLE BUTTON
•Press button to activate a 30 minute watering cycle.
•Press button again to stop the 30 minute watering cycle.
Note:
A slight delay allows the user to move a safe distance
away from the unit before watering begins.

FAMILIARÍCESE CON SU GREEN ENFORCER™
PASO 1: CÓMO COLOCAR LAS BATERÍAS
1. Verifique que la esfera de funcionamiento se encuentre en la
posición "OFF" (apagado).
2. Retire la bandeja de las baterías que se encuentra en la parte
posterior de la unidad de control, deslizándola hacia afuera.
La bandeja de la batería es a prueba de agua. Es posible que
necesite un destornillador para presionar la pestaña y deslizar el
compartimiento hacia afuera.
3. Inserte cuatro baterías alcalinas AA (1.5 V) en la bandeja (no
se suministran las baterías) como se indica y vuelva a colocar la
bandeja.
Nota:
No mezcle baterías viejas con nuevas.
Use solo baterías alcalinas.
6. Montar la llave de acoplamiento rápido enroscando
el mango en su base.
7. Pase la llave de acoplamiento rápido en el adaptador
de acoplador y apriete.
8. Conecte el cable de la válvula en la unidad de control.
PERILLA DE AJUSTE DE LA DURACIÓN
• Gire la perilla hacia + para aumentar la duración del
tiempo del rocío.
• Gire la perilla hacia – para disminuir la duración del
tiempo del rocío.
PASO 3: CÓMO UTILIZAR SU GREEN ENFORCER™
1. Inserte la llave de acoplamiento rápido en la válvula de
acoplamiento rápido.
2. Haga ajustes al cabezal del aspersor de impacto de modo que,
cuando se active, el rocío esté en la dirección de la zona de
cobertura deseada (consulte la sección "Ajuste del patrón").
3. Ajuste la duración del rocío girando la perilla de regulación de
duración.
4. Ajuste el rango del sensor girando la perilla de regulación del rango.
5. Coloque la esfera de funcionamiento en el período de ejecución
deseado.
6. Gire la manija de la llave de acople rápido hasta que se detenga
para abrir la válvula y permitir el flujo de agua.
7. Haga otros ajustes en el cabezal de impacto, dirección del rocío
y rango del sensor según sea necesario para poner a punto
el área elegida.
Detección inteligente
El Green Enforcer™ está programado con Detección inteligente. Esta
función aumenta automáticamente el tiempo entre cada una de las
activaciones de la válvula para evitar el riego excesivo. Desactive esta
función girando la esfera a "Off" (apagado) y sosteniendo durante 20
segundos el botón de ciclo de riego de 30 minutos. El aspersor se
activará brevemente para confirmar. Repita los pasos anteriores para
volver a activar la Detección inteligente
PERILLA DE AJUSTE DEL SENSOR
• Gire la perilla hacia + para aumentar la distancia que monitoriza
el sensor.
• Gire la perilla hacia – para disminuir la distancia que monitoriza
el sensor.
BOTÓN DE CICLO DE RIEGO DE 30 MIN.
• Presione el botón para activar un ciclo de riego de 30 minutos.
• Presione el botón nuevamente para detener un ciclo de riego
de 30 minutos.
Nota:
Una ligera demora permite que el usuario se mueva a una distancia
segura apartada de la unidad antes de que comience el riego.

AJUSTE DE LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL
Puede girar la unidad de control hacia la izquierda o hacia la
derecha para un ajuste direccional fácil. También puede ajustar la
unidad de control hacia arriba o hacia abajo aflojando la perilla de
fijación, moviendo la unidad a la posición deseada y luego volviendo
a apretar la perilla de fijación.
AJUSTE DEL PATRÓN
Decida hacia donde desea dirigir el chorro de agua y coloque un
manguito de fricción a la izquierda o a la derecha de esa área.
Coloque el pasador de activación entre los dos manguitos de
fricción en la posición inferior. Si desea regar a 360°, empuje el
pasador de activación hacia la posición superior.
AJUSTE DE LA DISTANCIA DEL ROCÍO
Existen dos formas de disminuir la distancia del rocío.
1. Enrosque el pasador del difusor en el chorro.
2. Presione la pantalla deflectora hacia abajo y gire la perilla de

activada.

Activa el sensor y la válvula únicamente durante la luz diurna.
NOCHE
Activa el sensor y la válvula únicamente cuando está oscuro.

CONSEJOS PRÁCTICOS Y TRUCOS DEL GREEN ENFORCER™
Coloque el sensor y el aspersor en la dirección en la que las plagas
ingresan para alejarlas antes de que lleguen al área protegida.
Ciertos animales son lo suficientemente inteligentes para
reconocer el patrón y el rango del Green Enforcer™ y aprenden
como evitar el rocío. Es posible que sea necesario hacer ajustes
ocasionales para evitar el ingreso de estos animales.
LOCALIZACIÓN Y SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Hay goteo de agua en las uniones.
Revise si:
• Las conexiones y los acoples giratorios están bien apretados.
• No tiene la arandela de goma, está pellizcada o dañada. Cámbiela
si es necesario.
El aspersor no se activa.
Revise si:
• La esfera de funcionamiento está configurada a la hora adecuada
del día.
• El cable de la válvula está conectado a la unidad de control.
• Las baterías tienen poca carga. Cámbielas si fuese necesario.
El sensor no detecta movimiento.
Revise si:
• El rango de ajuste está configurado demasiado bajo. Regúlelo si
fuese necesario.
• El ángulo del sensor en el brazo está demasiado inclinado. Ajuste
el ángulo del sensor si fuese necesario.
• El objeto frente al sensor se está moviendo y produce calor.
• La Detección inteligente aumenta la demora entre activaciones.
Desactive la modalidad de Detección inteligente si lo desea
(consulte "Detección inteligente").
• Presencia de polvo, suciedad o acumulación causada por agua con
alto contenido de minerales en el lente blanco, lo cual limita la
sensibilidad. Limpie el lente suavemente con un paño húmedo si
fuese necesario.
El aspersor se activa sin movimiento.
Revise si:
• El sensor produce disparos falsos. Cerciórese de que el sensor no
esté apuntando a los objetos en movimiento tales como el agua,
el sol que se filtra entre los árboles y las plantas o las áreas con
viento. Active la modalidad de Detección inteligente, si lo desea.
Le toma más tiempo al aspersor para apagarse.
• Las baterías tienen poca carga. Cámbielas si fuese necesario.
Presión de agua de riego
Mínima: 20 psi
Máxima: 100 psi
Temperatura de trabajo
Máxima: No opere en temperaturas que superen los 120 °F (49 °C).
Mínima: Evite el congelamiento. Para evitar los daños que pudiera
ocasionar el agua congelada, guarde el Green Enforcer™ en
interiores y retire la batería antes de la primera helada del invierno.
Advertencias
Para uso en exteriores con agua fría solamente. No dirija el sensor
directamente al sol, ya que esto podría ocasionar daños al sensor y
limitar la efectividad de la unidad.
La configuración inadecuada o el uso de los aspersores aumentan
el riesgo de daños ocasionados por el agua en la propiedad. No
aplique presión ni peso en la carcasa del sensor ni en el aspersor.
Cuando se esperen temperaturas de congelamiento,
este producto se debe desconectar del suministro
de agua para evitar daños potenciales ocasionados
por congelamiento.
