First aid for seizures in English and Spanish (for me)

First aid instructions for me if I have
a seizure.

Please cushion my head.
Protect me from injury.
Do not put anything in my mouth.
Do not move me unless I am in danger.
Once my seizure has finished, put me on
my side in the recovery position, so that
I can breathe more easily.
6. Stay with me until I am fully
recovered.
7. There may be a card in my pocket with
emergency contact details on it.
1. Por favor protéjame la cabeza colocando
algún objeto blando debajo de la misma.
2. Cuídeme para evitar que me lastime.
3. No me ponga nada en la boca.
4. No me mueva, a menos que corra peligro.
5. Cuando el ataque haya terminado,

It is not usually necessary to call an
ambulance for me.
Please only do this if:
1. my seizure lasts for more than five minutes
2. I go straight from one seizure to another
3. I am injured.
