File Collection
Using this feature you can collect assignments and other files from the whole class with one click while making
sure they all get stored in the same place.
To start file collection:
1.
Click the File Collection icon on the Function Bar.
2.
On the student area the File Submission dialog will pop up.
3.
You can open the Submitted folder on the Class Model area after all the students have
submitted files.
File Submit View
In file submit view you can:

View status of files for all members with the following information:
(a) Student name
(b) Policy
(c) State
(d) File Name
(e) Progress
(f) Count

View File submission requests:
(a) Student name
(b) Size
(c) File Count




(d) Time Requested
(e) File Name
Accept or Deny File submission requests
Enable or Disable File Submission requests
Open Submitted files
Set Submitted folder
To choose whether or not to allow students to request a file submission
1.

Change the Class Model area from View Mode to File Submit View.
Select the student(s) you want to set the policy for.

Click the Enable
or Disable
button in the Class Model
area.
To accept a student's submitted files
1.
The student sends the file submission request.
2.
View File Submission Request in File Submit View.
3.
The student name, file size and file count will be displayed in the list.
4.
You can select one of the student names and click Accept on the right side.
5.
A message will appear in the Event Log Area of the main interface in the teacher-side
computer, indicating that **: I have submitted my files.
To view a student's submitted files
1.
Change the Class Model area View Mode to File Submit View.
2.
Double-click the student you want to view.
3.
The folder where the student's submitted files are stored will be opened
automatically.
Or
Click on Open Submitted Files
button in the Class Model area and
this will automatically open the folder, where the received files are stored.
Or
Right click on student’s name and select Open File Save Folder
To set the number and size limit
1.

Click on Set submitted folder
button in the Class Model area
On the left side of the pop-up Option dialog, select File Receiving.

Check the box next to Limit file size and enter the file size limit in the input box on the
right side.
Check the box next to Limit number of files and enter the file number limit in the input
box on the right side.
Click the OK button
