The Pacific Fisheries Technologists (PFT) will be holding their 64th annual conference in
Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, México February 10-13, 2013. The meeting and meals will take
place at the Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa, one of the most exclusive resorts in
Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, located in the beautiful Pacific area, just a few miles
north of Puerto Vallarta.
PFT consists of seafood professionals from Alaska to Mexico and beyond and represents
academia, government agencies, seafood suppliers, processors, importers and others with
an interest in fisheries work. PFT meets annually in a different city to discuss and learn
about various “hot topics” affecting the seafood industry.
Presentations (oral and poster) range from current seafood:
regulations, economics, safety, quality, and trends.
research, innovations,
PFT is a non-profit organization and we are looking for support for this venture as we wish
to showcase the field and keep registration fees to a minimum.

Donations in any amount are welcome! All sponsors will be acknowledged in the PFT
book of abstracts and during the PFT meeting and will have recognition at the event.
Donors from USD $600 will receive:
Recognition of your sponsorship by designation of the event. Space to display your
corporate signage at the designated event and a link to your website posted on the PFT
web information page.
Recognition and your corporate logo printed in the conference booklet.
Donors of USD $1000 and more will receive:
More prominent positioning of all of the above, plus a 3’ x 7’ aprox. area to display your
products for 2‐1/2 days from February 10 (10 AM) until February 13 (12 noon).
