Preparación:
- Limpie y nivele la superficie para lograr
una buena adhesión de las piezas al
soporte.
Encolado:
- Prepare el cemento de cola con ligamentos
mixtos del tipo C2 mediante batido mecánico
para lograr un producto homogéneo.
Preparing the substrate:
- Make sure the installation surface is
clean and level to ensure optimum bonding
of the tiles to the substrate.
Applying the adhesive:
- Using a mechanical stirrer, mix a
Class-2 cement- based adhesive
containing mixed binders until it forms
a smooth paste.
Préparation:
- Nettoyez et nivelez la surface afin d’assurer
une adhésion correcte des pièces sur le
support.

- Una vez haya macizado el adhesivo,
limpie todas las juntas para poder realizar
posteriormente un buen rejuntado.
- Leave the adhesive to cure and then
clean out any adhesive that may have
oozed out between the tiles.

- Seleccione la llana lisa para aplicar el

- Para asegurar que la cerámica ha
sido colocada firmemente, golpee
suavemente con el mazo de goma y
oriéntese con un nivel.
Juntas de Colocación (rejuntado):
- Prepare un sellador de cemento del
color elegido (recomendamos TECHNOCOLORS de TECHNOKOLLA). preferiblemente mediante batido mecánico.
- Extienda el material con la ayuda de una
llana lisa sobre toda la superficie porcelánica.
Installation joints (grouting):
- Prepare a cement sealer of the chosen
colour (suggestion ; TECHNOCOLORS by
TECHNOKOLLA). For optimum results, use
a mechanical stirrer.
- Étendez le matériau à l’aide d’une taloche
lisse sur toute la surface en grès porcelainé.
- Ensure that the tiles are firmly in
place by tapping them gently with a
rubber mallet. Use a level to make sure
that the tile surfaces are flush with each
other.
- Pour vous assurer que la céramique a
été correctement posée, martelez
délicatement la surface avec un marteau
en caoutchouc et utilisez un niveau.

- Using a flat trowel, spread the grouting mortar
over the entire tiled surface.

cola con ligamentos mixtos del tipo C2, según especificaciones del
proyecto de norma europea pN en 12.004 “Adhesivos para baldosas
cerámicas. Definiciones y especificaciones”.
- When installing porcelain tiles, use class-2 cement-based adhesives
containing mixed binders as per the specifications of the European
standard EN 12004 (Adhesives for tiles. Definitions and specifications).

- A fin de prevenir la acumulación de tensiones, se sugiere hacer juntas
perimetrales en superficies superiores a 7 m2, con una anchura de junta de
5 a 10 mm. que quedará oculta por el rodapié o revestimiento adyacente.
- To prevent the build-up of stress, create perimeter joints of 5-10 mm in
all surface areas greater than 7m2. These joints will be later concealed by
the skirting or wall covering.
- Afin de prévenir l’accumulation de tensions, il est suggéré de prévoir des
joints périmétriques sur les surfaces supérieures à 7 m2, la largeur du joint
devant être comprise entre 5 et 10 mm. Ces joints périmétriques seront
dissimulés par la plinthe ou par le revêtement de mur adjacent.
- Se aconseja dividir las superficies de colocación en paños cuyas áreas no
superen los 50-70m2 para poner juntas de dilatación.
- Divide large working areas into smaller areas of 50-70m2 each for the
creation of expansion joints.
- Il est conseillé de diviser les surfaces de pose en zones ne dépassant pas

Pose de la céramique :
- Disposez chaque pièce délicatement en laissant
un espace libre pour les joints, puis comprimez-les
fermement afin d’obtenir une assise optimale.

- Proceda a limpiar la cerámica repetidas
veces con una esponja húmeda. Espere a que
seque.
- Por último, elimine con una limpieza final el
velo creado al secar, para que quede el color
original del porcelánico y así, el resultado sea
impecable.
- Wipe the surface clean several times using a
damp sponge, and allow it to dry.
- Nettoyez la céramique à plusieurs reprises à
l’aide d’une éponge humide. Patientez jusqu’à
ce que le matériau de jointoiement soit sec.
- Finally, wipe off the surface film created on
drying to reveal the original colour of the
porcelain tiles and achieve an impeccable
result.
- Effectuez enfin un nettoyage final pour éliminer le voile créé par le séchage, de manière à
ce que le grès porcelainé retrouve sa couleur
originale, afin d’obtenir un résultat impeccable.
