sta es utilizada como unidad primaria de
trituración en donde se realiza una reducción
simple del material ó como primera etapa de una
planta de trituración completa.

a roca es alimentada por medio del alimentador
vibratorio tipo grizzly, el cual es el encargado de
remover los tamaños pequeños, residuos y
basuras.

odos los equipos están montados e instalados en
un único chasis de acero soldado del tipo semitriler, el cual esta dotado de llantas neumáticas
dobles.
Primary unit
(Jaw crusher &feeder)
1. This unit is used as a primary crushing unit for working
singly to provide "all-in" material or the first stage of
complete portable plant.
2. Rock is fed to the crusher by vibrating grizzly feeder to
remove undersized and waste.
3. All equipments are mounted on single welded steel
chassis as semi-trailer with twin pneumatic wheels.

Trituradora De Conos
El ultimo diseño de las trituradoras de conos SAMYOUNG sobresale por su eficiencia de
trituración, y son las mas adecuadas para la trituración secundaria o terciaria, o como
equipo final en un proceso de trituración. Materiales cohesivos co con altos contenidos
de arcilla deberán evitarse. El cono tipo CC puede manejar tamaños mas grandes de
alimentación comparado con el tipo CF, y es adecuado para trituración relativamente
gruesa. El tipo CF ha sido concebido para reducciones mas finas. El tipo CSH ha sido
diseñado para suplir requerimientos especiales para la producción de materiales mas
finos y en cantidades mayores que las que se pueden obtener con los tipos CC y CF.

Type CC which can handle larger sizes of feed than Type CF is suitable for relatively
coarse crushing, while Type CF is intended for finer reductions.
Type CSH Cone Crusher is designed to meet the special requirement of producing finer
products in larger quantities than these obtainable with type CC and Type CF.

Molino de Barras
Los molinos de bolas son maquinas que emplean barras de acero al carbón o de aceros
especiales con una longitud similar a la del tambor en lugar de las esferas utilizadas en los
molinos de bolas. Los productos que se obtienen con los molinos de barras son
generalmente mas gruesos que los de los molinos de bolas, y son muy adecuados para
manejar alimentaciones de materiales gruesos y para controlar el tamaño máximo del
producto. Los tipos RO, RE y RC están disponibles para diferentes propósitos.
Rod mill
Rod mills are grinding machine which employ high carbon steel or special steel rods of
nearly the same length as that of the drum, in place of steel balls in ball mills. Rod mill
products are generally coarser than those produced in a ball mill, and rod mills are well
suited to handle coarser feed and to control the bigger size of the product. Type RO, RE and
RC are available for different purposes.

Para molienda seca se reduce entre 30-50%. (Capacity, medium hard ore, in closed circuit with classifier. For
dry grinding reduce upon 30-50%. Ton=1000kg.)
El molino de bolas cónico tipo C ha probado ser una maquina muy eficiente
para moler materiales de cantera y otros muchos materiales en minas
metalizas y también en otros campos. Puede moler desde materiales de
cantera con partículas de 8 a 12 mm hasta partículas finas de malla 50 a 100.
Éste tipo de molinos tienen el mismo principio de operación de un
molino de bolas convencional, sin embargo, la forma cónica del tambor
le permite realizar una molienda efectiva con clasificación gradual de
tamaños de material. La sección de mayor diámetro se encarga de moler
las partículas de mas grandes, y en la medida que estas avanzan hacia la
descarga se realiza una molienda gradual para obtener los finos.
Se puede fabricar con transmisión por correas en V o por acople directo
de acuerdo a los requerimientos de cada instalación
Conical ball mill
Type C Conical Ball Mill has been proved to be a very efficient machine for
grinding ore or many other materials in metal mines and other fields. It
can grind 8 to 12mm size ore to particles as fine as 50 to 100 mesh.
The conical ball mill operates on the same principle as an ordinary ball
mill; however, due to its conical shaped drum, effective size classification
of the grinding media-the section of greatest diameter being the largest
for coarser grinding and a gradual reduction towards the discharge end
for fine-can be obtained. V-belt or directly connected drives can be
furnished to the individual requirements for a particular installation.
Molino de Bolas de Parrilla
El molino de bolas de parrilla tipo G es un molino cilíndrico equipado con una
parrilla y un levantador al final de la zona de descarga. Diseñado para ser muy
eficiente en molienda gruesa, tanto en circuito abierto o cerrado, con un
clasificador. Éste tipo de molinos puede manejar alimentaciones de 25 mm;
para poder manejar eficientemente éste tipo de alimentación ha sido
equipado con robustos revestimientos de tambor y con bolas de gran tamaño.
Grate ball mill
Type G Grate Ball Mill is a cylindrical mill equipped with grate and lifter at the
discharge end, designed to be most efficient for coarse grinding in an open or
closed circuit with a classifier. Type G Ball Mill can handle 25mm feed. To
grind such a large feed efficiently, it comes equipped with thick shell lining
and large balls.
Molino de Bolas con Compartimiento
El molino de bolas con compartimiento tipo P es básicamente una variación del
molino de bolas tipo T, en donde el tambor esta dividido en 2 a 4
compartimientos. El compartimento para a molienda primaria tiene
revestimientos robustos y grandes bolas para realizar la molienda de gruesos. La
molienda secundaria se realiza en los demás compartimientos (uno o mas), los
cuales están equipados de revestimientos mas delgados y bolas mas pequeñas.
Este tipo de molinos son adecuados para molienda seca en circuito abierto de
cianamida de calcio, carburo de calcio, clinker para cemento, entre otros.
Compartment tube mill
Type P Compartment Tube Mill is basically a kind of Type T Ball Mill. The
drum is divided into two to four compartments. The initial or primary
grinding compartment is lined with thick liners and carries large balls to
accomplish the coarse grinding, while one or more of the secondary
compartments are provided with thinner lining and smaller balls. It is
suitable for dry grinding in open circuit of calcium cyanamide calcium
carbide, cement clinker etc.
