based­finish­make­the­surface­elastic­and­resistant­and­ideal­for­basketball,­volleyball,­5-A-Side
Football­ and­ any­ other­ sport­ which­ may­ be
played­on­a­synthetic­court­or­in­schools. The­system­reduces­the­risks­of­slipping,­reduces­muscle
fatigue­and­ensures­better­ball­bounce­thanks­to

Pavisint SL 75 FL is­the­ideal­choice­for­highperformance­floating­sports­flooring­that­resolves­all­the­many­problems­caused­by­decks­that
are­not­suitable­for­fully­bonded­mats­caused,
for­example,­by­the­absence­of­a­vapour­barrier
or­ poor­ deck­ consistency.­ The­ rubber­ mat­ is
glued­on­a­waterproofing/stabilizing­deck­made
of­high­quality­compact­PVC­containing­special
glass­fibres,­that­guarantees­dimensional­stability­to­the­system­and­independence­from­the
deck.­ The­ final­ polyurethane­ resin­ coating
makes­the­surface­elastic­and­perfect­for­most
indoor­sports.
Con­el­sistema­Pavisint SL 75 FL se­puede­realizar­ una­ pavimentación­ deportiva­ flotante­ de
altas­prestaciones­resolviendo­todos­los­problemas­que­derivan­de­una­capa­subyacente­no
idónea­al­encolado­de­la­capa­con­total­adherencia­debido,­por­ejemplo,­a­la­ausencia­de­barrera­ de­ vapor­ o­ una­ escasa­ coherencia­ de­ la

Pavisint SL 75 PM is­a­multi-purpose­combined­sports­floor­with­rubber­mat­realised­by­casting­ the­ granule­ compound­ binder­ in­ situ.­A
finishing­ machine­ is­ used­ to­ lay­ this­ product
which­is­designed­for­decks­with­irregular­surface­and­rising­damp.­When­casting­the­mat­in
situ,­ the­ elastic­ return­ of­ the­ flooring­ may­ be
controlled­by­modifying­the­granulometry­of­the
rubber,­compaction­and­thickness,­in­order­to
determine­the­performance­and­safety­specifications.­ The­ final­ polyurethane­ resin­ coating
makes­the­surface­elastic,­durable­and­ideal­for
basketball,­volleyball,­5-A-Side­soccer­or­any
other­sport.­Pavisint­SL­75­PM­is­available­in­the
AS­version­for­outdoor­flooring­and­the­RB­version­ for­ multi-purpose­ flooring­ and­ athletic

The­deck­should­be­carefully­roughed­mechanically­or­treated­with­acid­then­washed­and­allowed
to­dry,­applying­Epobase A by­roller­or­spray­gun
in­a­thin­perfectly­smooth­coating­ensuring­that­the
product­penetrates­thoroughly­into­the­surface.
Coverage­depends­on­the­roughness­and­absorbing­properties­of­the­deck­but­is­generally­approx.
200­ml/sq.m.

Imprimante­y­consolidante­antipolvo­bicomponente
a­base­de­resinas­epoxícas­en­dispersión­acuosa
que­se­utiliza­como­activador­de­adhesión­en­la

acrílico­sobre­soportes­en­cemento.
Tras­una­minuciosa­preparación­de­la­subcapa­con
decapado­ mecánico­ superficial­ o­ agresión­ con

un­rodillo­o­una­pistola­en­una­capa­fina­y­homogénea­intentando­favorecer­la­penetración­del­producto.­El­consumo­depende­de­la­rugosidad­y­del
