Preliminary Statement
Según la declaración preparatoria del 24 de febrero del año 2010, el declarante

“El chavo de la pandilla Los Peces Gordos estaba petateado de
encabronamiento porque a su vieja de él se la había llevado la julia y le habían
hecho tocar el piano. Este chavo no quiere que la julia tenga información alguna
sobre él. Se enfadó con Carlos y le dijo que la próxima vez que no pique la sopa
le iba a dar en la madre por ser un pinche res y le insultó a su madre.
According to the preliminary statement rendered on February 24, 2010, the
declarant indicated the following on the record:
“The guy from the Los Peces Gordos gang was steaming mad because the cops
had taken his old lady and they had fingerprinted her. This guy does not want the
cops to have any information whatsoever about him. He got upset with Carlos
and told him that next time he is not watching out, I was going to kick his ass for
being a fucking idiot and he cursed his mother.
Carlos lo retachó y nosotros le dijimos a Carlos que no la riegue y que lo deje en
paz. Al fin y al cabo, este chavo es una lacra para nuestra pandilla y lo mejor
sería que lo metan al bote o a la pinta de una vez por todas. Este chavo se
enteró de lo que estábamos diciendo de él y vino con una fila y comenzó a picar

The guy, whose I do not know, fell on his back. When we went to see him, we
noticed that he was untidy, he looked like a low life and we decided to leave him
there and to make him look like a homeless.
Cuando la julia encontró los casquillos del cuete que usó Carlos se dieron
cuenta que esa escuadra había sido robada por un miembro de nuestra ganga.
Se pusieron a investigar y la pinche jura se dio cuenta que le había robado la
jusca y lo arrestó a Carlos.
When the cops found the casings of the piece that Carlos used, they realized that
the semi had been stolen by a member of our gang. They began to investigate
and the fucking cops realized that the piece had been stolen and arrested Carlos.
