La rótula esta disponible en 3 tallas que se adaptan a las 3 tallas del componente femoral, tiene forma de cúpula formando una porción de esfera y está provista de 2 pivotes de cementación. Ofrece la posibilidad de hacer desartrodesis. Pero la indicación principal sigue siendo la revisión de prótesis fallidas, en particular los casos de recidiva de la desviación axial, de la laxitud anormal o de la rigidez severa.
