GB Assembly of KHOR-NR interface device to enable use of CS-SD support trolley with NR-11P impact wrench in the HORIZONTAL POSITION
KHOR-NR components shown in Fig. 1 should be assembled as follows, referring to Fig. 2:
– Using a 5mm allen wrench remove the existing screw and washer from position (A) on NR-11P.
– Place washer (R) on screw (V), insert in to eye bracket (S) and fix in to position (A) with a torque setting of 17 Nm.
Eye bracket (S) must be oriented as shown in Fig. 2 in order for NR-11P to balance correctly when suspended from CS-SD.
– As shown in Fig. 3, insert suspension pin (P) into the trolley housing and connect strap (C) between the pin and eye bracket using the spring clips.
By conveniently suspending the impact wrench from the trolley arm, NR-11P is more easily and comfortably used in the horizontal position.

Montage du dispositif KHOR-NR au chariot support CS-SD pour l’utilisation de la boulonneuse-tirefonneuse NR-11P en POSITION HORIZONTALE
Pour l’assemblage du dispositif type KHOR-NR (voir Fig. 1) procéder de la façon suivante:
– A l'aide d'une clé Allen de 5 mm, ôter la vis et la rondelle montées sur la machine en position (A) (voir Fig. 2).
– Enfiler la rondelle anti-dévissage (R) sur la vis (V) et fixer la plaquette (S) comme illustré figure 2 en appliquant un couple de serrage de 17 Nm.
Il est très important d'orienter la plaquette (S) comme illustré figure 2 pour obtenir le bon équilibre de la boulonneuse-tirefonneuse, suspendue au chariot.
– Introduire l'axe (P) dans le réceptacle du chariot, accrocher la courroie (C) à la plaquette (S) et au axe (P) (voir Fig. 3): la boulonneuse-tirefonneuse suspendue au
bras du chariot paraîtra ainsi légère et maniable pour les travaux en position horizontale.

Montage der KHOR-NR Vorrichtung für Schlagschrauber NR-11P zum Arbeiten mit dem Stützwagen CS-SD in WAAGRECHTER POSITION
Zur Montage der Vorrichtung KHOR-NR (siehe Bild 1) ist folgendes notwendig:
– Mit 5 mm Imbussschlüssel die Schraube und Unterlegscheibe an Position (A) lösen (siehe Bild 2).
– Die Unterlegscheibe (R) mit der Schraube (V) und der Platte (S) wie im Bild 2 gezeigt am Schlagschrauber mit einem Drehmoment von 17 Nm anziehen.
Es ist wichtig, die Platte (S) unbedingt wie in Bild 2 gezeigt zu montieren, damit der Schlagschrauber beim Arbeiten mit dem Wagen ausgewogen ist.
– Den Bolzen (P) in den Wagensitz einführen, den Riemen (C) an der Platte (C) und am Bolzen (P) einhaken (siehe Bild 3).
Der Schlagschrauber hängt nun am Arm des Stützwagens und ermöglicht ein einfaches und leichtes Arbeiten in waagerechter Position.

Montaje del dispositivo KHOR-NR de interconexión al carro de soporte CS-SD para utilizar el atornillador NR-11P en POSICIÓN HORIZONTAL
Para el montaje del dispositivo de interconexión KHOR-NR (Ref. a Fig. 1) proceder de la manera siguiente:
– Con llave allen de 5 mm quitar el tornillo y la arandela montadas sobre el atornillador en posición (A) (Ref. a Fig. 2)
como ilustrado en Fig. 2 apretando los 3 tornillos con un par de torsion de 17 Nm.
– Insertar la arandela (R) en el tornillo (V) y fijar la plaqueta (S) al atornillador como ilustrado en Fig. 2 apretando con un par de torsion de 17 Nm.
Es muy importante posicionar correctamente la plaqueta (S) en la manera indicada en Fig.2 para permitir que el atornillador se equilibre cuando quede suspendido del carro.
– Introducir el perno (P) en el alojamiento del carro de soporte, abrochar la correa (C) a la plaqueta de soporte (S) y al orificio del perno (P) (Ref. a Fig. 3); el atornillador a impulsos suspendido al brazo del carro parecerá particularmente ligero y manejable durante las fases de trabajo en posición horizontal.

Montaggio del dispositivo tipo KHOR-NR di interfacciamento al carrello CS-SD per l’utilizzo dell’avvitatore NR-11P in POSIZIONE ORIZZONTALE
Assemblare il dispositivo di interfacciamento tipo KHOR-NR (Rif. a Fig. 1) operando come segue:
- Con chiave a brugola da 5 mm togliere la vite e la rondella montate sull’avvitatore in posizione (A) (Rif. a Fig. 2).
- Infilare la rondella antisvitamento (R) sulla vite (V), quindi fissare la piastrina (S) in posizione (A) come illustrato in Fig. 2 serrandola con una coppia di 17 Nm.
E’ importante polarizzare la piastrina (S) come illustrato in figura 2 per permettere un corretto bilanciamento dell’avvitatore sospeso al carrello.
- Infilare il perno (P) nella sede del carrello, agganciare la cinghia (C) all’occhiello della piastrina di sostegno (S) e al foro del perno (P) (Rif. a Fig. 3); l’avvitatore sospeso al braccio del carrello risulterà particolarmente leggero e maneggevole durante le fasi di lavoro in posizione orizzontale.

KCS-NR components shown in Fig. 1 should be assembled as follows, referring to Fig. 2:
– Ensure 3x screws (V) have locking washers fitted and insert in to fixing holes in bracket (S).
– Using a 5 mm allen wrench, fix bracket (S) in the position shown with a torque setting of 17 Nm.
– Insert support pin (P) fully in to the trolley housing, see Fig. 3.

Pour l’assemblage du dispositif type KCS-NR (voir Fig. 1) procéder de la façon suivante:
– Enfiler les 3 vis (V) ainsi que les rondelles spéciales anti-dévissage des trous deu support (S); visser le support (S) sur la machine comme illustré figure 2, avec les 3
vis, à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 5 mm en appliquant un couple de serrage de 17 Nm.
–Introduire l’axe (P) dans le réceptacle du chariot (voir Fig. 3).

Zur Montage der Vorrichtung KCS-NR (siehe Bild 1) ist folgendes notwendig:
– Die drei Schrauben (V) komplett mit Unterlegscheiben in den Bohrungen der Vorrichtung (S) positionieren. Die dreieckige Platte (S) auf dem Schlagschrauber montieren (siehe Bild 2) und die 3 Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 17 Nm und einem 5 mm Imbusschlüssel.

Para el montaje del dispositivo de interconexión KCS-NR (Ref. a Fig. 1) proceder de la manera siguiente:
– Insertar los tres tornillos (V) completos de arandelas especiales autoblocantes en los orificios de la placa (S) y con llave allen de 5 mm fijar la placa (S) al atornillador como ilustrado en Fig.2 apretando los 3 tornillos con un par de torsion de 17 Nm.
– Introducir el perno (P) en el alojamiento del carro (Ref. a Fig. 3).

Montaggio del dispositivo tipo KCS-NR di interfacciamento al carrello CS-SD per l’utilizzo
dell’avvitatore NR-11P in POSIZIONE VERTICALE
Montare sull’avvitatore il dispositivo di interfacciamento tipo KCS-NR (Rif. a Fig. 1) operando come segue:
– Infilare le tre viti (V) complete di rondelle speciali antisvitamento nei fori della piastra (S) e fissarla sull’avvitatore
come illustrato in Fig. 2 serrando le 3 viti con una coppia di 17 Nm utilizzando una chiave a brugola da 5 mm.
– Infilare il perno (P) nella sede del carrello (Rif. a Fig. 3).
