Fall‐themed Games, Potluck, Airbrush Tattoos, Trunk‐or‐Treat, and Dancing Help support the event by purchasing a Bake Sale item, Popcorn, Water, Glow Bracelet/Necklace, or by making a donation.
Costumes are welcome, but should be appropriate; no masks or weapons Potluck: Using the first letter of your last name, bring one of the following types of items. Appetizer/Salad: A – I, Main Dish: J – S, and Beverage: T – Z -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We need your help! Can you donate baked goods, or volunteer your time to help with this fun family event? We need 10‐12 volunteers per shift; please let us know how you can help by indicating below, and return this form to your child’s teacher. *In accordance with MMSD Wellness Policy, baked items may not contain peanuts, peanut butter or tree nuts. Be prepared at drop off to indicate if the item contains eggs, dairy or wheat. Thank you!! Necesitamos de su ayuda!
Pueden donar productos de panadería, o voluntariar su tiempo para ayudar con este evento familiar? Necesitamos de 10‐12 voluntarios por turno; Por favor, háganos saber cómo puede ayudar al indicar a continuación, y devolver esta forma al maestro de su hijo.
* De acuerdo con la Política de Bienestar MMDS, productos horneados no pueden contener maní, mantequilla de maní o frutos secos. Esté preparado cuando vaya a dejar su donación para decir si contiene los huevos, productos lácteos o trigo. ¡¡Gracias!!
