Todos los expositores, por el hecho de firmar el contrato de inscripción en el certamen de Expoweed, aceptan las presentes normas de participación:
All exhibitors, by virtue of the contract of application to Expoweed
exhibition, accept the following participation rules:
Lugar, fechas y horarios
The fair will be held in the World Trade Center of Ciudad de México, the 12th, 13th and 14th of August of 2016. The timetable for
exhibitors is from 8hrs. to 21hrs. The schedule for visitors is from
10hrs. to 20hrs. Exhibitors are requested not to leave their stands
until all the visitors have left the fairground.
La feria se celebrará en el World Trade Center de la Ciudad de México,
los días 12, 13 y 14 de agosto del 2016. El horario para los expositores
es de 8 a 21 Hrs. El horario para los visitantes es de 10 a 20 Hrs. Se ruega a los expositores que no abandonen sus stands hasta que los visitantes hayan concluido su visita, quedando el lugar desalojado de público.
Location, dates and times
Para participar en la primera Expoweed en México deberán enviar
a la organización el formulario con sus datos de SOLICITUD DE
STAND, acompañado de la imagen de la ficha de depósito de transferencia bancaria a Feria del Cáñamo de México S.A. de C.V. por el
100% del pago. No se hacen reservas. El formulario deberá llenarse
completamente y se firmará y sellará por la empresa solicitante. La
organización se reserva el derecho de modificar la superficie y/o
emplazamiento asignado si las circunstancias lo exigieran y sin que
se debiera indemnizar ni compensar al expositor por el ejercicio del
citado derecho. Quedarán sin efecto la condición de expositor y
revocada la inscripción si no se cumplen los plazos reflejados en
el contrato. La inscripción no puede ser cancelada unilateralmente
por el participante. En caso de anulación parcial o total, se efectuarán gastos de anulación como sigue: 41 días o más previos al
comienzo del evento: sin cargos/ 40 días previos o menos: 50% de
cargos/ 20 días previos o menos: 100% de cargos.
To participate in the first Expoweed in México, organization must
submit the form with your data APPLICATION STAND, together
with a proof of the bank transfer to Feria del Cáñamo de México
S.A de C.V. for 100% payment. Reservation is not allowed.The
form must be carefully filled with all the requested data, signed
and stamped by the applicant company. The organization reserves
the right to modify the surface and / or assigned location if the
circumstances require so, without indemnifying or compensating
the exhibitor for the exercise of that right. The exhibitor’s condition
would be invalidated and the inscription would be revoked in case
that the contract timings are not respected and all the documentents are not held before the deadline expires. Registration can not
be unilaterally canceled by the exhibitor. In case of partial or total
cancellation, cancellation fees will be as follows: 41 days or more
previously to the beginning of the event: without charge / 40 or
less days before: 50% of charges / 20 or less days before: 100%
of charges.
El organizador puede decidir, en casos especiales, según su propio criterio no aceptar una inscripción. En dicho caso se restituirá
el arriendo del stand ya pagado.
The organizer may decide in special cases, at their own discretion
not to accept a registration. In this case the lease of the stand than
would have been paid will be returned enterely.
Pases e invitaciones
Passes and invitations
– Stand de 9 m2: 3 personas por día.
– Stand 9 m2: 3 people per day.
Además la organización entregará gratuitamente un máximo de 5 invitaciones/stand por día, válidas para cualquier día. El precio unitario
de cada invitación adicional será de 50% del precio de taquilla con
un máximo de 15 adicionales para adquirir. El precio de las entradas
en taquillas para público general tendrán los siguientes valores:
In addition to this, the organization will deliver for free up to 5 invitations / stand per day, valid for any day. The unit price of each
additional invitation will be the 50% of the public ticket price with
a maximum of 15 extra tickets to purchase. The price of the tickets
at the box office for the general public will be the following:

Abono 3 días $ 300.00 (pesos mexicanos)
Abono 3 dias + VIP $1,000.00* (pesos mexicanos)
General Pass $120.00 (mexican pesos)
3 days Pass $300.00 (mexican pesos)

*La organización entregará a cada asistente VIP un kit exclusivo
de la feria.

Para el personal que atenderá el stand la organización entregará
pases de expositor según el tamaño del stand de la siguiente forma:

Restricciones
Restrictions
La ubicación de la publicidad por parte de las empresas participantes está delimitada por el espacio del stand y por la estrategia de “aplicación de marca” que contrate. Queda expresamente
prohibido colocar publicidad fuera de los espacios contratados.
Cualquier publicidad no contemplada en los contratos será retirada, o en su defecto facturada a cargo de la empresa responsable.
The location of the publicity by the participating companies remains delimited by the stand space and the strategy of “brand
application” hired. It is expressly prohibited to place advertisements outside of the contracted spaces. Any advertisement that
is not taken into account by the contracts will be withdrawn, or
otherwise invoiced to the company responsible for this action.
Queda absolutamente prohibido exponer plantas o esquejes de Cannabis sativa, así como cualquier sustancia no autorizada por la legislación
mexicana. Queda absolutamente prohibido fumar en los stands y en el
recinto ferial. En caso de encontrar stands ofertando o consumiendo
cualquier sustancia ilegal o vendiendo o regalando alcohol, la organización cerrará el stand. Todos los stands deben respaldar sus productos
con dcoumentación de aduana y contar con facturas de venta.
It is absolutely forbidden to exhibit live plants or cuttings of Cannabis sativa, as well as any substance not authorized by the Mexican law. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the stands and the
fairgrounds. In case of finding stands offering or consuming any
illegal substance, selling or giving away alcohol, the organization
will close the stand. All stands must endorse their goods with the
proper custom documents and count with sales receipts.
Montaje e instalación de los stands
Assembly and installation of stands
El montaje de stands tendrá lugar el dia 11 de agosto de 2016, de
las 10:00 hrs. hasta las 20:00 hrs. A partir de las 10:00 hrs. pueden
acceder en autos particulares hasta la zona delimitada de descarga de la feria. Rogamos a los expositores planifiquen con la suficiente antelación la puesta en escena de sus stands y productos.
The assembly will take place the 11th of August of 2016, from
10hrs. to 20hrs. The access with vehicles to the designated unloading area of the fair is authorised from 10 hours. We kindly request exhibitors to carefully plan in advance the staging of their
stands and products.
Para comenzar los trabajos de montaje la empresa inscrita deberá
recoger sus acreditaciones durante los días 9 y 10 de agosto en
las oficinas de Expoweed (Puebla 124, Col. Roma) en horario de
oficinas o el día 11 en el recinto ferial. No se entregarán acreditaciones si la factura de inscripción y/o por los servicios extras no
ha sido abonada en su totalidad.
To begin the installation the registered company must pick up its accreditations on the 9th and 10th of August of 2016, at the Expoweed
Offices (Puebla 124, Col. Roma) during the Office opening times or
the 11th of August on the fairgrounds. People can not ride without
present their accreditation. No accreditation will be given if the registration invoice and / or extra services have not been fully paid.
Desmontaje
Disassembly
Expoweed cerrará sus puertas al público el día 14 de agosto a las
20:00 hrs. Los expositores podrán retirar sus mercaderías únicamente a partir de las 20:01 hrs. del domingo. El desmontaje de los
stands deberá estar totalmente finalizado el día 15 de agosto. Los
gastos extras por los productos no retirados a tiempo correrán a
cargo de la empresa expositora.
The exhibition will close its doors to the public the 14th of August at 20hrs. Exhibitors may remove their merchandise only from
20:01hrs on sunday the 14th of August. Disassembly of the stands
must be fully completed on Monday the 15th of August. Extra expenses for goods not removed on time will be charged to the exhibitor.
Limpieza
Cleaning
La organización cuidará de la limpieza general del recinto quedando
incluida la limpieza de zonas comunes, siendo responsabilidad y
a cargo del expositor la limpieza específica de su stand así como
cualquier desperfecto ocasionado al recinto por parte del expositor.
The organization will take care of the general cleaning of the enclosure, including the cleaning of the common areas, being responsibility of the exhibitor the specific cleaning of the stand together
with any fault or deterioration caused during the event.
Vigilancia y seguridad
Surveillance and security
Expoweed cuenta con las medidas de seguridad adecuadas y las
instalaciones han sido evaluadas por un profesional en la prevención de riesgos. El material de la feria que se encuentre en las
instalaciones de los stands o en los terrenos adyacentes, permanecen allí por cuenta y riesgo del participante. La organización se
encargara del servicio de vigilancia y seguridad general del recinto, tanto de día como de noche. No obstante la organización
declina toda responsabilidad por los daños y robos que puedan
sufrir las instalaciones, mercaderías expuestas y las personas que
trabajen en la feria. El expositor debe ocuparse de la vigilancia
y seguridad de su stand y de sus bienes expuestos durante las
horas del evento, así como durante el montaje y desmontaje. Durante la noche los bienes de valor deben asegurarse con llave.
Expoweed counts with appropriate security measures and the
fairground facilities have been evaluated by a professional in risk
prevention. The material of the fair that remains on the facilities
of the stands or on adjacent places will stay there at participant’s
own risk. The organization will be in charge of the surveillance and
general safety of the enclosure, both day and night. However the
organization accepts no liability for facilities damaged or thefts
that may occur, nor goods exposed or persons working at the fair.
The exhibitors must be concerned with security and safety of their
stand and their property exposed during the hours of the event, as
well as during assembly and disassembly. Overnight goods must
be secured locked by key.
Causas de fuerza mayor
The organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the
event, whenever special circumstances merit it or force majeure
require. Such circumstances will not be enough for exhibitors requiring any compensation in respect of damages reason. In this
case, the participation contract will be canceled automatically and
payments will be returned. The latter will take place deducting the
expenses incurred by the organizers for the participant orders.
La organización se reserva el derecho de posponer o cancelar el
evento, siempre que circunstancias especiales así lo ameriten o
causas de fuerza mayor lo exijan. Tales circunstancias no serán
motivo suficiente para que los expositores exijan cualquier compensación en concepto de daños y perjuicios. En dicho caso, el
contrato de participación quedará anulado de pleno derecho y los
pagos efectuados serán restituidos. Esto último tendrá lugar descontando los gastos en que han incurrido los organizadores para
realizar encargos del participante.
