PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Idahoan REAL® Mashed Potatoes
Puré de Papa • 26 oz.
Measure into half size (4" depth) steam
table pan, one gallon of hot or boiling
water (180°-212°F).
Ponga un galón de agua caliente de la

Add one pouch of potatoes all at once using
wire whisk to distribute evenly and wet all
potatoes. Let stand one minute, then mix.

Place on steam table and serve.
- For a creamier mashed potato, add more hot water.
