ECOTECH® refleja claramente el compromiso de Porcelanosa con su entorno inmediato y el medio ambiente en su conjunto, que ha
caracterizado a la empresa desde sus comienzos.
ECOTECH® comprende una serie de ideas e iniciativas medioambientales, que incluye una importante inversión anual en sistemas
para reciclado del agua, reutilización de residuos, protección medioambiental y ahorro energético. Se trata de un sistema de gestión
medioambiental que cuenta con la certificación ISO 14001.

Con el respeto por el medio ambiente como valor fundamental y el desarrollo sostenible como objetivo estratégico, PORCELANOSA ha
creado el concepto ECOTECH, transformando las materias primas básicas en los productos más ecológicos. PORCELANOSA basa su
trabajo cotidiano en acciones relacionadas con el reciclado, la reutilización y el reprocesado de los recursos naturales y los materiales de
desecho.
Como parte de nuestra filosofía de aplicar en todo momento prácticas de ahorro energético, se llevan a cabo esfuerzos para purificar las
emisiones y minimizar su impacto sobre el medio ambiente.
PORCELANOSA ha adoptado con éxito los objetivos de su sector de reducir la cantidad de CO2 generada y ocupa un lugar destacado en el
cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos a través del Protocolo de Kioto para la protección de la atmósfera.
PORCELANOSA ha obtenido una ecoetiqueta de tipo III para sus pavimentos cerámicos gracias a la Declaración Medioambiental de
Productos de Construcción que le ha sido concedida recientemente.

With respect for the environment as its main value and sustainable development as a strategic objective, PORCELANOSA, has created the
ECOTECH concept, transforming basic raw materials into the most ecological products. PORCELANOSA base their daily work on actions
connected with the recycling, re-use and reprocessing of natural resources and waste materials.
As part of our philosophy of constantly applying energy-saving practices, work is carried out to purify emissions and minimise their impact
on the environment.
PORCELANOSA has successfully adopted the objectives of its sector to reduce the amount of CO2 generated, and its at the forefront of
compliance with the commitments acquired through the Kyoto Protocol for the protection of the atmosphere.
PORCELANOSA has obtained a type III ecolabel for its floor covering products, thanks to the Environmental Declaration for Building
Products it was recently awared.
