Reaching 10-Star status in less than three years,
Raymond “Mony” Farrach has made quite a splash among
Zrii’s top producers. But for Mony, the buck doesn’t stop

is only the second woman in Latin America to achieve 10-Star

THE MAIN EVENT: It all began with a powerful presentation by Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar of
the Zrii Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Suhas' presentation gave an in-depth look at the

validation for the efficacy of Zrii products and explained why Zrii is the preeminent leader

Next up: recognition! Kalin Hall, Vice President of U.S. Sales, was joined on stage by
President A.K. Khalil and V.P. of Global Sales, Matt Ward, to welcome on stage our first
group of 90 Day Commitment Club inductees. Each person who made, declared and shared
their commitment to clean eating with Zrii for 90 days received an "I Committed" t-shirt—a

Khalil then asked extraordinary couple Emily and John Hawkins to remain on stage to

took the stage to speak about the importance of cultivating the right mindset.
They challenged the group with an intriguing metaphor: Are you setting the
temperature in the room or merely settling in at someone else's temperature?

Facebook Training and 1 Week to 1-Star: Next, the audience
welcomed Matt Ward, V.P. of Global Sales, to the stage for a timely and
relevant presentation about using Facebook and social media the right way
to grow your business. The take-away? Too many people try to recruit and
sell directly through these forums, instead of using the tools to connect
and pique interest. Mr. Ward also spoke about the importance of getting
committed to clean eating and teaching your team members how to be
committed as well. 7-Star Dallas Baldri of the HD Group expanded on the
theme of committing to the steps to success in Zrii. "Your goal is to make
1-Star in one week," he said. "Everything else flows after that."

gave an incredibly important, all-new presentation about the building blocks
of growing a team the right way. He showed how to guide new recruits to
success step-by-step by doing, not telling—by working directly with your
team members, rather than handing them the steps and expecting them to

you alleviate the biggest hurdle that all new Independent Executives need to
overcome: presenting and selling before they feel prepared.

Oklahoma’s flat, dry landscape has always given birth to ambitious, colorful characters,

For as long as she can remember, Nikki Rowton dreamed about being in a line of work where she and

As a young child growing up in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, Eric Foster’s middle class family instilled
in him the belief that whatever he chose to do, he
should he should do it to the best of his abilities. It’s a
message that the young boy took to heart and carried
with him into his adult life. As an airborne medic for
the U.S. Army, he was involved with search and rescue
operations that were often dangerous and sometimes
life-saving. The career was a good fit for Eric, whose
integrity, courage and passion helped him climb up
the ranks of the Army over the course of 12 years. As
deputy commander at the 101st Airborne Division in Fort
Campbell, Kentucky, Eric at one point was overseeing
more than 600 soldiers.
Of course Eric also valued having a family, and there
came a day when he and his wife Jill wanted to have
children. After weighing the sacrifices that military life
required, they made a difficult decision: Eric would leave
military service.
An immediate concern was how to replace Eric’s
paycheck with something that would provide financial
stability for their young, growing family. Eric had
always wanted to start a business where he could
help others; his need to be of service still drove his
professional decisions. For the first time in his life,
Eric had the opportunity to be his own boss—so he
decided to started his own company.
For the first couple of years, Eric felt on top of the world.
He applied the same discipline and work ethic to his
business that had served him so well as a military
officer—and his business flourished. But then the
economy collapsed. Banks stopped lending. And
Eric’s income disappeared.

family,” Eric remembers. It was the scariest
time of his life.

Eric’s average workday begins when he hits the gym in the morning
and mentally plans out his day. He follows the 80/20 rule: spend 80%
of your time talking to new prospects and 20% training your team.

Another thing he’s noticed is that there’s no shortage of new
prospects. Everyone wants better health. A lot of people need to
reduce their weight. And everybody wants to make more money.

Guatemala has never before seen an event with such amazing leadership, energy
and passion as occurred at Zrii’s 10th Leadership Academy.
In beautiful Guatemala City, the event took place at the luxurious Hotel Barceló, drawing an
increidlbe array leaders from countries across Central and South America, including Peru,
Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and beyond.
On the first day, Vice President of Latin American Sales, Ricardo Sousa, opened the event
to thunderous applause. Immediately following came training sessions with four of the
most beloved and respected leaders in the Zrii family: 9-Star Alma Jaramillo (Colombia),
9-Star Paola Torres (Colombia) and 10-Star Salvatori Conforti (Colombia); and finally
10-Star Alejandra Flores (El Salvador).
But the day didn’t end there. President of Zrii A.K. Khalil took the stage and the energy
went through the roof as he introduced Zrii’s first-ever worldwide product launch in Latin
America! One by one, Mr. Khalil called to the stage the 10-Star Independent Executives,
plus Zrii’s first ever Ruby, Diego Gutiérrez. These great leaders accompanied A.K. Khalil
and Zrii Founder Bill Farley, one of the most successful businessmen in the world, and
together unveiled Zrii’s brand new product: Zrii Rise™ coffee!
The excitement was so great that the audience almost overtook the stage when the

results. And, in a surprise treat, the group also learned about the amazing

himself, a member of Zrii’s renowned Scientific Advisory Board.
After two unforgettable days, the third and last day of Zrii’s 10th Leadership
Academy did not disappoint. The day began with even more trainings by our
globally recognized leaders. 10-Star Independent Executives José Joaquín
Díaz (Guatemala), Pedro Castre (Peru), and Daniel Chagüi (Costa Rica) wowed
the audience with their trainings on success, while setting the foundation for
Zrii’s first ever Ruby, Diego Gutiérrez (Colombia) to take the stage. Not only has
Diego Gutiérrez displayed incredibly impressive vision and leadership; he also
radiated a dignity and humility that left an emotional impact on the crowd.
