A condition is a certain state that a person is in temporarily. It can change. It is a
category under the verb ‘Estar’.
Examples:

2.Josaline y Miguel están contente porque ellos están en un escuela buena.

4.Tu hermano y yo estamos nerviosos.
Carateristícas
A characteristic is a quality that a person has. Usually a person’s
character doesn’t change. It is a category under the verb ‘Ser’.
Example:
1.Ustedes son muy inteligentes.
2.Mis padres son bajos.
3.Mi hermana es alta.
4.Nosotros somos bonitos.
Origen
Origin is where a person comes from. It is a category under the
verb ‘Ser’.
Examples:
1.Tu hermana, Lucilla, es de España.
2.Mis tíos son de Puerto Rico.
3.Mi mama es de Argentina.
4.Yo soy de Filadelfia.
Localizacion
The location is where a person is. This category is under the verb
‘Estar’.
Examples:
1.Yo estoy en la clase de la lectura.
2.Mis primos están en Honduras.
3.¿Está su hermana en la escuela?
4.Tu familia están en tu casa.
Opiniones
Opinions are what a person thinks about a certain topic. This
category is under the verb ‘Estar’.
Examples:
1.Mis abuelos están enfermos.
2.Yo estoy en el carro ahora.
3.Su nieto está en el parque hoy.
4.Frederic y yo estamos escribiendo.
Identificacion
Identification is how a person is recognized as a person.Sometimes its a
person’s relation to another person. This category is under the verb ‘Ser’.
Examples:
1. Yo soy su hermana.
2.Tu eres mi prima.
3.Nosotros primas somos su hermanos.
4.La hija de mi hermano es mi sobrina.
Hora y Fecha
La hora y La fecha is the time and date. These categories are under the verb
‘Ser’.
Examples:

2.Hoy es lunes.
3.Es cinco de media.
4.Es siete de noche.
Evento
An event is a thing that happens. This category is under the verb
‘Ser’.
Examples:
1.Mi cumpleaños es veintitrés de septiembre.
2.Tu cumpleaños es mañana.
3.La junta es en la tarde.
4.Su cumpleaños es domingo.
