IMPORTANT DATES & REMINDERS
Dear Families,
IB Learner Profile of the Month: Inquirer
I cannot believe that we are already finished with
another month of school. October has been a great month,
especially the past two weeks! We celebrated Red Ribbon
Week, finished our first round of parent teacher conferences,
had our second annual Fall Festival and hosted our second
annual MS/PS Reading event. All events were successful thanks
to your support and the hard work of all of our teachers and
staff.
I want to remind you that tomorrow we will host our
Quarter One Awards Ceremony. Due to our growing scholar
population, the awards ceremony will be split with 6/7 grade
taking place from 11:00-12:15 in the
gym
followed by the 8th grade ceremony
from
1:00-2:15. We look forward to
celebrating all the great things that
have
taken place during Q1!

We are pleased to announce our new lunch menus that begin November
2nd!
Parents please be sure to dress your scholar according or the weather.
Be sure your scholar is prepared with umbrellas, coats, and rain boots
extra socks if possible.

¡VAMOS GRIZZLIES!
Nota del Director
Recordatorios y fechas importantes
Queridas familias,
No puedo creer que acabamos de finalizar otro
mes de clases. ¡Octubre ha sido un gran mes,
especialmente las pasadas dos semanas! Celebramos
la Semana del Listón Rojo, terminamos nuestra primera
ronda de conferencias de padres y maestros, tuvimos
nuestro 2o. Festival Anual de Otoño y realizamos
nuestro Segundo evento anual de Lectura de
Secundaria/Primaria. Todos los eventos fueron exitosos
gracias a su apoyo y el trabajo arduo de todos los
maestros y personal.
Quiero recordarles que mañana tendremos
nuestra Ceremonia de Premios del 1er Trimestre.
Debido a nuestra creciente población estudiantil, la
ceremonia de premios se dividirá, la
de 6o/7o grado será de las 11:0012:15 en el gimnasio, seguida de la
ceremonia de 8o grado de la 1:00pm2:15pm. ¡Nos entusiasma el poder
celebrar todas las cosas buenas que
han tenido lugar durante el 1er
trimestre [Q1]!

Un alumno IB Investigador intenta:
- Desarrollar su curiosidad natural. Adquiere las
habilidades necesarias para conducir
cuestionamientos e investigación y muestra
independencia al aprender.

Investigador en la escuela hoy! ¿Hicieron buenas preguntas
sobre porqué o cómo funcionan las cosas?

Tenemos el placer de anunciar nuestros nuevos menús de almuerzo que
comienzan el 2 de noviembre!
Padres, por favor asegúrese de vestir a su alumno acuerdo a el clima.
Asegúrese de que su alumno se prepara con paraguas, abrigos y botas
de lluvia calcetines extra, si es posible.
