PROGRAMA DE INSPECCIÓN Y
MANTENIMIENTO
Durante la inspección certificada por COE, verificamos
todos los componentes mecánicos, eléctricos y de
controles del sistema de bobina, desde un punto de
vista visual y operativo. Luego documentamos el estado
de cada componente esencial del equipo y arreglamos
cualquier problema inmediato.
Luego de nuestra visita de inspección, COE elabora un
informe de inspección en campo, que proporciona la
siguiente información:
1.Reparaciones que se realizaron en las instalaciones
durante la inspección.
2.Medidas que deberían tomarse para prevenir
problemas en el futuro.
3.Actualizaciones que pueden ofrecerse para mejorar su
productividad.
El mantenimiento apropiado puede agregar años de
vida útil a sus equipos, lo cual ayuda a evitar tiempo de
inactividad o gastos costosos de capital en caso de que
tenga que reemplazar una máquina. Cuando considera
estos costos, queda claro que el mantenimiento
preventivo de COE puede brindar un importante
rendimiento de la inversión.
