2 months of recent paystubs

2 months of recent bank statements
Recent Utility Bill
Profit/Loss, if self-employed (last 6 months)
Don’t worry if you do not have all the docs on the day of the
event. You can still meet with a HUD-Certified counseling agency
or your lender and get the process started.
