Terms and Conditions of Use
PPE Materials and Copyright
I acknowledge that all information, content, materials and products developed by Practical Parent Education (“PPE”), including but not
limited to the PPE Program and all components thereof including the PPE Quick Tips, handouts, charts, activities, evaluation tools and
other materials (collectively the “Materials”), which are provided to me as part of my training and in connection with my teaching,
including all Materials accessible through this website (the “PPE Portal”), has been, is, and shall always be, the property of PPE.
I further acknowledge that all such Materials are protected under copyright law, and that my rights to this material are limited to
accessing/downloading the Materials from the PPE Portal, making sufficient number of copies as may be required to implement the
particular PPE topic/training module (“Training”), and using such Materials solely for such Training purposes within my organization
(the “Permitted Uses”). Any other reproduction, photocopying, modification, distribution, republication, or other use, of the Materials,
in any way, by any form or by any means, without PPE’s prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
I further acknowledge and agree that the Permitted Uses are only permitted during the term which is one (1) year from the date of
purchase and/or renewal (“Term”), with the costs for my training and access to the Materials as provided herein having been paid
directly by me (if I am the contracting party with PPE), or by my employer (the “District” or “Company” as applicable). Once the Term
has ended, and provided I remain with the District or Company and/or provided I continue to be employed by the District or Company, I
understand that I may continue to access the Materials solely to educate myself, but I understand that I am no longer authorized to
conduct the Permitted Uses, and agree that I will not conduct any Permitted Uses outside such Term. I also understand that in the
event I leave the employment of such District/Company (regardless of whether there is time remaining in the Term), I am not
authorized to access or use the Materials for any purpose in or at my new place of employment unless my new employer enters into an
agreement with PPE.
Personal User ID/Password
I acknowledge and agree that the Personal User ID/Password provided to me by PPE in order to access the Materials via the PPE Portal
and use such Materials in accordance with these Terms, is the sole property of PPE. The Personal User ID/Password has been provided
to me solely for my use during the Term in accordance with these Terms. I agree not to provide such Personal User ID/Password to any
other person, including any other licensed facilitator, or enable any other person to access the PPE Portal using my Personal User
ID/Password.
Non-Transferability
I acknowledge that my right to access the PPE Portal, along with the right to download/access, copy and use the Materials pursuant to
these Terms is not transferable.
Quality Control
I acknowledge and agree to use the Materials in the manner and standards as proscribed by PPE in accordance with my training. I
further acknowledge and agree that the Materials are to be used only in connection with the PPE Program. Any other use of the
Materials is strictly prohibited, including without limitation, using the Materials in connection with other training materials, programs,
and/or in connection with teachings/methodologies not proscribed by PPE.
Termination
PPE may terminate these Terms, including disabling or restricting a previously-assigned Personal User ID/Password, if, in PPE’s sole
discretion, I fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, any and all privileges granted to me by these Terms
will terminate immediately and upon termination, I must return or destroy all copies of the Materials. PPE shall not be liable for any
damages of any nature suffered by any person resulting in whole or in part from use of the Materials, or from PPE’s exercise of its rights
under these Terms. PPE reserves all rights and remedies at law or in equity, including pursuing the recovery of court costs and
reasonable attorney fees. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Yo reconozco que toda la información, el contenido, los materiales y los productos desarrollados por la Educación Práctica de Padre

web (el El "Portal de PPE"), ha sido, es, y siempre será, la propiedad de PPE.
Reconozco aún más que todo tales Materiales son protegidos bajo la ley de derecho de autor, y que mis derechos a este material son
limitados al conseguir acceso a/descargar de los Materiales del Portal de PPE, haciendo solo el número suficiente de copias como

medio, sin consentimiento escrito previo de PPE, es prohibido estrictamente.
Reconozco aún más y concuerdo que los Usos Permitidos sólo son permitidos durante el término que es uno (1) año de la fecha de la
compra y/o la renovación ("Término"), con los costos para mi instrucción y el acceso a los Materiales como proporcionado en esto
pagado directamente por mí (si soy el contratante con PPE), o por mi empleador (el "Distrito" o la "Compañía" como aplicable). Una
vez que el Término ha vencido, y mientras siga siendo empleado con el mismo Distrito o la Compañía y/o permanesca el el mismo
Distrito o Compania, yo comprendo que puedo continuar conseguiendo acceso a los Materiales para educarme a mimismo únicamente,
pero comprendo que yo ya no estare autorizado a realizar los Usos Permitidos, y concuerdo que yo no realizaré ningún Uso Permitido
fuera de tal Término. Yo también comprendo que en caso que yo deje el empleo de tal Distrito/Compañía (a pesar de si acaso hay
tiempo que queda en el Término), yo no estoy autorizado a conseguir acceso a, ni utilizar los Materiales para ningun propósito en mi
nuevo lugar de empleo a menos que mi nuevo empleador firme un contrato con PPE.
La Identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal del Usuario
Reconozco y concuerdo que la identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal de Usuario proporcionada a mí por PPE para conseguir acceso a
los Materiales a través del Portal de PPE y utilizar tales Materiales de acuerdo con estos Términos, son unicamente la propiedad de PPE.
La identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal del Usuario me ha sido proporcionada únicamente para mi uso durante el Término de acuerdo
con estos Términos. Concuerdo en no proporcionar tal identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal de Usuario a cualquier otra persona,
inclusive cualquier otro facilitador licenciado, ni permite a cualquier otra persona a conseguir acceso al Portal de PPE que utiliza mi
identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal de Usuario.
No Transferible
Yo reconozco que mi derecho de conseguir acceso al Portal de PPE, junto con el derecho a descargar/acceso, copiar y utilizar los
Materiales según estos Términos no es transferible.
El Control de Calidad
Yo reconozco y concuerdo utilizar los Materiales en la manera y estándares como proscrito por PPE de acuerdo con mi instrucción.
Reconozco aún más y concuerdo que los Materiales deben ser utilizados sólo con respecto al Programa de PPE. Cualquier otro uso de
los Materiales es prohibido estrictamente, incluyendo sin limitación, utilizando los Materiales con respecto a otros materiales de la
instrucción, los programas, y/o con respecto a enseñanzas/metodologías no proscrito por PPE.
La Terminación
PPE puede terminar estos Términos, inclusive incapacitar o restringir una identificación/CONTRASEÑA Personal anteriormente-asignada
al Usuario, si, en la discreción única de PPE, yo fallo de conformarme con cualquier provisión de estos Términos. Sobre la terminación,
cualquier y todos los privilegios me otorgaron por estos Términos terminaran inmediatamente y sobre la terminación, yo debo regresar
o debo destruir todas las copias de los Materiales. PPE no será responsable por ningún daño de ningun tipo que ninguna persona tenga
como resultado total ni en parte del uso de los Materiales, ni de PPE dentro de sus derechos bajo estos Términos. PPE reserva todos los
derechos y los remedios en la ley o en la equidad, inclusive seguir la recuperación de costos de tribunal y costos razonables de abogado.
Estos Términos son gobernados por las leyes del Estado de Texas.
