Assistive Listening Devices Now Available
Do you have trouble hearing the Mass or understanding everything that is said?
Our parish now has the ability to offer personal Assisted Listening Devices (ALD’s). An
ALD is a small, personal receiver device
meant to work with or without a hearing aid in order to help
ensure that everyone who comes to worship will be able to
hear what is being said. These devices will be available for
loan during all liturgies. In order to borrow an ALD receiver,
we will ask you to leave an ID with a designated Sound &
Technology team member, who will then give you the ALD
to borrow. You will receive your ID back after Mass when
the ALD has been returned.
If you have a need for an ALD to better hear and understand
the Mass, please contact Kelly Soprano, Director of Music, at
[email protected], 595-0385 ext. 117, or after any weekend liturgy for more information.
SPRED The SPRED Community of Catechists and Friends
with their families will gather on May 30 at 6:30pm in the
Worship Center for a special SPRED liturgy. All are welcome
to join us! We are currently forming a second faith community for adults with intellectual disabilities. If you know of
someone who might benefit from belonging to the SPRED
program or if you are interested in participating as a volunteer, call Christa at 595-0385 ext. 119.
Breathe Do you have a child with special needs or know someone who may
want to participate in our BREATHE
respite night? BREATHE respite seeks
to provide a fun, safe, evening out for kids with special
needs once a month so their parents can “BREATHE” or take
a break. Call now to make your child’s reservation for our
next BREATHE fun night on June 8.

July 9 - 13

seeking fun and adventure at our “SKY” Totally Catholic
VBS! Children will be learning about God through songs and
prayer, experiencing Bible Adventures, experimenting with
Sciency-Fun Gizmos that connect with the daily Bible Point
and bringing our Catholic faith to life in fun and memorable
ways.
To have the best adventure possible, we need lots of
volunteers who can give some time, energy, and love to the
kids who will attend. We especially need a few adult
volunteers to serve along side our teen volunteers. If you are
interested in serving as Station Leader, Crew Leader,
Photographer, Registration team or Decorations Team,
