Adoration begins immediately after the 8:00 am Mass and the Blessed Sacrament is exposed up until 12:00 noon every Friday. As we begin this new prayer time before Jesus in the Eucharist, I want to invite you to take some time, even if just a few moments to visit Jesus, presenting Him with all your needs and supplications. Often times I am asked what is a good way to help our relationship with God grow and my response is normally; “go spend time with Jesus in the Eucharist.” I think that there is no better way in which our personal relationship with God can increase than spending some time with the Father’s “only Begotten Son” (cf. John 3:16). While spending time in front F=K?< C<JJ<;.8:I8D<EK :8E F=K<EK@D<J 9< ;@=a:LCK 9<:8LJ< N< I<8CCP don’t what to say or how to pray, I learned once from a Spiritual Director I had that we don’t always have to say anything, sometimes it’s good to simply look at God in the Eucharist and allow Him to look at us. After some working on it for some time, I have been able to discover the beauty of being in the presence of our God. !FIDFJKF=LJ FLIC@M<J8I<M<IP9LJP8E;@K`J?8I;KFaE;8KC<8JK89@KF= peace in our lives, yet when we come and spend some time with Jesus in K?< L:?8I@JK N<8I< 89C< KFaE;GI<:@FLJCP K?8K G<8:< 8G<8:<N?@:? only God can give. Hence, I invite you to join us and take advantage of being in the presence of our God in the Eucharist presenting to Him our needs and those of our world as we grow ever more in love with the one who is Love, Jesus Himself. Our Adoration (in the church) is an hour long with music, quiet time and confession. Our faith topics typically feature a guest speaker who covers various topics. Bible study reflects upon the u p c o m i n g S u n d a y readings. The last Thursday of the month, as a group, we go off-campus, be it bowling or laser tagging for example, we continue enjoying each other’s camaraderie.
