INSPECTION OF HELICOPTER AND LOGBOOKS
Inspection location: Hangar del Gobierno del Estado de Jalisco, México
To facilitate the inspection process of the aircraft and its records and logbooks, please carry a
current and valid identification on the inspection days specified below.

 From August 29 to September 8
o 9:00 Hrs. to 17:00 hours (Monday through Friday).
o 9:00 Hrs. to 12:00 Hrs (Saturday)
 September 9 from 9:00 Hrs. to 12:30 Hrs.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Pre-register via CARASA´s webpage http://www.carasa.com.mx
o To participate, you have two choices:
 Assist to event in Jalisco´s Government Hangar, September 9th
 Present you Guarantee
o Certified Check
o Wire transfer receipt
 By CARASA´s WebCast
 Make your Guarantee wire transfer
 Send all contact information required for the webcast
o When you pre-register, please choose how you would like to participate.
o Complete the electronic form.
o You will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions and CARASA´s Bank Account.
o The Guarantee to participate is $100,000.00 US Dollar´s
2. Prepare your Guarantee.
 Lot 1 - CESSNA
Participating bidders must deliver a certified check made out to Secretaría de
Finanzas del Gobierno del estado de Jalisco for $20,000.00 USD or equal amount
in Mexican Pesos (the "fixed" exchange rate for that day), at CARASA´s office located at
Paseo de las Palmas # 1130 Piso 2, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, México D.F., from June
27 to July 18 (Monday through Friday only), or at the place of auction on September
9th from 9:00 hours to 12:30 hours. WebCast Bidders may do a wire transfer to
CARASA S.A. DE C.V. bank account.
 Lot 2 – Rockwell Turbo Commander
Participating bidders must deliver a certified check made out to Secretaría de
Finanzas del Gobierno del estado de Jalisco for $50,000.00 USD or equal amount
in Mexican Pesos (the "fixed" exchange rate for that day), at CARASA´s office located at
Paseo de las Palmas # 1130 Piso 2, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, México D.F., from June
27 to July 18 (Monday through Friday only), or at the place of auction on September
9th from 9:00 hours to 12:30 hours. WebCast Bidders may do a wire transfer to
CARASA S.A. DE C.V. bank account.
 Lot 3 – Bell Helicopter
Participating bidders must deliver a certified check made out to Secretaría de
Finanzas del Gobierno del estado de Jalisco for $100,000.00 USD or equal
amount in Mexican Pesos (the "fixed" exchange rate for that day), at CARASA´s office
located at Paseo de las Palmas # 1130 Piso 2, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, México D.F.,
from June 27 to July 18 (Monday through Friday only), or at the place of auction on
September 9th from 9:00 hours to 12:30 hours. WebCast Bidders may do a wire
transfer to CARASA S.A. DE C.V. bank account.
If you don’t win, CARASA will return your guarantee immediately. Please ask for the
return of your guarantee before you leave the auction. If your guarantee was made by
wire transfer, CARASA will return the money by wire transfer. The time for this process to
occur is 24 Hrs. to 72 Hrs.
3. Auction day
o You have to assist to Hangar del Gobierno de Jalisco or participate trough CARASA
WebCast.
o The winner will be the person who makes the highest bid.
o The final price of sale will be indisputable.
o Before you leave the place of auction, please obtain your balance due at a
registration office.
HELICOPTER PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You have 5 working days to pay the total amount for the helicopter and to send the
documentation to sign the sales contract.
After the payment is completed, you can make an agreement with Gobierno del
Estado de Jalisco to deliver the Helicopter to any place in México, but only if the
buyer agrees to pay all the costs for transportation of the aircraft.

The aircrafts will be sold in existing condition.
The buyers must complete the payment on or before September 16th. Failure to do
so will result in the loss of your guarantee deposit and ownership of helicopter.
No commission will be added to the final price.
The buyer must show an official identification such as a passport and company
documentation, both the original and a copy, before the sales contract is signed.
Gobierno del Estado de Jalisco is responsible for the delivery of the endorsed
invoice.
