Everyone at Play
A free morning of museum exploration
for children with special needs and their families
About the Museum:
Kohl Children’s Museum was
specifically designed to be
inclusive of all children and
adults regardless of ability. The
museum’s 17 exhibits and 2
acres of outdoor explorations
are designed for play with a
purpose and encourage
linguistic, cognitive, motor and
social skills for children ages
birth through 8.

Our Everyone at Play event will be taking
place at Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater
Chicago in Glenview, IL Sunday mornings
from 9:30-11:30 on:
 November 10
o registration starts: 10/11 ends: 11/10
 January 19
o registration starts: 12/20 ends: 1/19
 February 23
o registration starts: 1/24 ends: 2/23
 June 1
o registration starts: 5/4 ends: 6/1
During the event you and your family members
will have access to all exhibits. Museum staff
and volunteers will be available for play
support and guidance.
The event will include a fun filled morning of
museum exploration for children and families
as well as:
 Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy will
be available for a meet and greet with
the dogs and answer any question you
may have about dog therapy or safety.
 A quiet room for stimulation breaks will
also be available.
Space is limited and registration is required.

El Kohl Children’s Museum fue

sin importar su capacidad. Las 17

Durante el evento usted y su familia tendrá
acceso a todas las exhibiciones. El personal
del museo y los voluntarios estarán
disponibles para apoyar y guiar los en el
museo.
El evento incluirá una mañana llena de
diversión y exploración para los niños y
familias. También habrá:
 Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy
estará con perros disponibles para
interactuar con sus niños y responder
preguntas sobre la seguridad de perros
con los niños.
 Un cuarto “silencio” para los niños que
necesiten descansar del ruido también
estará disponible.
