MORTARS PREPARED WITH POLITERM BLU
SUPERLIGHT AGGREGATES FOR THE PREPARATION OF
LIGHTWEIGHT THERMALLY INSULATING MORTARS
POLITERM BLU HAS BEEN CHOSEN FOR:
The lightweight mortars prepared with the superlight aggregates POLITERM BLU:
• are made with expanded virgin EPS on beads treated with special E.I.A. additive at the production phase;
• guarantee constancy and homogeneity of the dosages and of the thermal and mechanical characteristics;
• do not shrink during the application nor the setting phase;
• provide total dimensional stability of the mix over time. The castings do not crack nor swell;
• the mixes can be pumped over long distances without undergoing physical or mechanical alterations;
• they are lightweight, easy to apply and to transport;
• they are PH-controlled and non-corrosive, hence the mixes do not trigger reactions of any kind with the materials
with which they come into contact;
• are idoneous to meet the insulating performances required by the related norms.
The most complete range of superlight and highly thermal insulating aggregates based on pre-additivated virgin
expanded polystyrene
beads with controlled density.
The coating of each single bead with E.I.A. additive is made in the production phase, wich allows perfect mixing with
the water binder, homogeneous distribution in the mix and perfect pumping, thus eliminating the bead surfacing
phenomenon in the mixture.
Sandfree lightweight thermal insulating mortars can be prepared with the Politerm Blu products: mixes can be made
just with Politerm Blu + cement + water (see dosage table).

High resistant levellings of cement screeds. It
constitutes a support suitable for floor in PVC,
carpet, laminated parquet, ceramic, epoxidic resins and polyurethane resins.
Suitable for high resistance correction or levelling of screeds prepared with Politerm Blu or
Isolcap, before the laying of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, marble stoneware, natural
stones and parquet.

Self levelling screed.
Autoliv M is a powder product for the preparation
of cement-based self levelling screeds.
For the application detached from the support:
on top of polyethylene the application thickness
of the product should be 30 mm, whilst on top of
squeezable insulating materials is 40 mm. For the
application in attachment to the support:
application thickness from 20 mm.
AUTOLIV SP
Cement-based self-levelling screed.
Autoliv SP is a powder product for the preparation of cement-based self-levelling screeds.
The product can be applied in thicknesses varying
from 4 to 8 cm. as a substitute of the traditional
screed and to cover radiating underfloor heating
systems.
