With regard to the GDP of construction in Andalusia, there was a drastic change in the sector in 2008. According to the data published by the Regional Government, construction fell from 13,9% of the regional GDP in 2008 to 5% in 2014. Women also tend to concentrate is certain, more technical roles which require a higher level of qualifications. - The most common type of worker in the construction industry in Spain is a man aged between 30 and 45 years old. Which oportunity for economic & local development? 15 PERSONAS BENEFICIARIAS «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon the availability of skilled people» people» Las personas beneficiarias de la acción formativa serán 20 emprendedores y emprendedoras residentes en Andalucía que deseen llevar a cabo un proyecto empresarial cuya actividad deberá estar relacionada con la construcción sostenible (edificación, rehabilitación y mejora de su eficiencia energética) desde una perspectiva innovadora. Será condición indispensable para participar en el programa de formación que cada participante cuente con una idea de negocio que deberá presentar junto con la solicitud de participación. Los proyectos tendrán que ser potencialmente viables desde el punto de vista empresarial y deberán desarrollarse en Andalucía. 16 TRAINING PATH «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon the availability of skilled people» people » profesionales de reconocido prestigio Part 1: Theoretical training Un total 96 horas de formación semi-presencial impartida por en diversos módulos especializados sobre el sector de la construcción sostenible (normativa, nuevos materiales, certificación, huella de carbono,...) y sobre creación y gestión de empresas. Part 2: Coaching sessions Un máximo de 8 horas de tutoría individualizada para cada persona emprendedora beneficiaria de la acción formativa. Durante dichas tutorías profesionales de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito del emprendimiento y/o de la construcción sostenible, la guiará en la elaboración de su plan de empresa y la posterior puesta en marcha de su proyecto empresarial. Part 3: International exchanging seminars. Una representación de las emprendedoras y los emprendedores andaluces beneficiarios de esta acción formativa participará en dos seminarios internacionales junto con los y las jóvenes que se hayan beneficiado de las acciones formativas desarrolladas por las otras entidades socias del proyecto. La celebración de dichos seminarios está prevista durante los meses de mayo y junio de 2015 en Cerdeña y Túnez, respectivamente. 17 CALENDARIO «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon the availability of skilled people» people» 18 TEMARIO FORMACIÓN ONLINE MÓDULO 1. Partiendo de la definición conceptual de la construcción sostenible, los contenidos permitirán construir el mapa del sector: actividades de construcción sostenible, la planificación estratégica y los agentes que intervienen y el marco regulatorio de aplicación. Así, este primer módulo, además de crear una base sólida de conocimiento de mercado para el aprovechamiento óptimo de la acción formativa, ofrecerá al alumnado una visión prospectiva del sector de gran valor para la orientación de sus respectivas actividades empresariales / de emprendimiento. REHABILITACIÓN SOSTENIBLE DE LA EDIFICACIÓN (19 h) «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon the availability of skilled people» people» Objetivo: Este módulo formativo tiene por objeto aportar al alumnado los conocimientos relativos a las técnicas, materiales y sistemas energéticos, de iluminación y climatización aplicables a la rehabilitación sostenible de edificios. CREACIÓN Y GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL (36 h) «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon the availability of skilled people» people» Objetivo: Este módulo formativo prevé una serie de contenidos específicos que pretenden cubrir las necesidades sobre creación de empresas y gestión empresarial, que permita al alumnado desarrollar su negocio en el ámbito nacional e internacional. Así, se le dotará de las capacidades necesarias para el desarrollo efectivo de sus ideas de negocio, de manera que; partiendo de la idea, sean capaces de transformar la misma en un modelo de negocio viable y sostenible. Del mismo modo, podrá adquirir los conocimientos necesarios para iniciar la puesta en marcha del negocio. Los contenidos formativos aportarán al alumnado los conocimientos necesarios para optimizar o, en su caso, definir la estrategia de comercialización y marketing de su empresa de acuerdo a un nuevo contexto de mercado, definido por el cambio de modelo de negocio en el sector de la construcción orientado hacia la sostenibilidad. The rising price of energy and the widespread interest in lowering CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, reducing waste and the responsible use of resources have encouraged the implementation of different policies and strategies for financial and territorial development by applying an approach based on efficiency and sustainability. In Andalusia, the Integrated Plan for the Promotion of Sustainable Construction and Renovation, establishes the framework for public investment in the region to the year 2020. The different plans and policies currently in place in the fields of sustainable construction and building include training and qualifications for professionals in the sector as a priority. 31 «The success of implementing green policies is dependent upon availability constitution andthe of skilled people» people» Involvement of several regional stakeholders through ETEC meeting, Feasiblity GJ study interviews, focus group and validation meetings. The renovation of 190,000 houses, which represent a cumulative rate of 10% of the total amount of houses susceptible of renovation in Andalusia, could generate 130,000 stable jobs within the period 2015-2020 according to the projections made in the study. According to the estimates made by the 20 entrepreneurs participating at the training, 120 direct jobs could be created in long term in case that they succeed with their start ups. 32
