cuatro apelaciones de ‘Vinos de la Tierra’ ha conseguido
reunir Paradores en la nueva carta de vinos que ofrece en
todos los restaurantes de la Red. Ya sean vinos de las zonas más
famosas y tradicionales o etiquetas de denominaciones con una
historia no tan dilatada a sus espaldas, todos tienen un rasgo en
común: la calidad. Además, no se ha escatimado esfuerzos a la
hora de elegir, entre ese amplio abanico de las distintas regiones
vinícolas de España. Vinos de perfil moderno, en muchos casos
consagrados y premiados en numerosos certámenes internacionales y que gozan de la más alta estima por parte de la crítica especializada. Otra novedad son las originales secciones de la carta,

more traditional areas or labels from designations with not quite
so much history behind them, they all have one common denominator: quality. Furthermore, no efforts have been spared to
include modern wines from the various winegrowing regions of
Spain, which, in many cases, have been consecrated and given prizes at numerous international competitions and which receive the
highest possible esteem from specialist critics. Another novelty
