MANUTENÇÃO
Os tapetes numa fase inicial terão a tendência de libertar
algum pelo, especialmente os que possuem lã na sua
composição. Nestes casos deverão aspirar com alguma
frequência, sobretudo nos 2 primeiros meses.
É também usual que apareçam pequenos fios à superfície do
tapete, e para correção deste problema os fios deverão ser
cortados e nunca puxados, pois ao fazê-lo poderá danificar o
seu tapete. Esta situação é normal que aconteça e não reduz a
qualidade ou durabilidade do tapete.
Para prolongar a durabilidade e manter a qualidade do
seu tapete, recomenda-se que o tapete seja rodado de 6
em 6 meses para alterar os padrões de tráfego e distribuir
uniformemente o desgaste em ambos os lados;
Evitar expor o tapete à luz ou calor intenso prevenindo assim o
aparecimento de manchas;
Quando lavar o pavimento onde se encontra o tapete, deve
ter o cuidado de o deixar secar devidamente, para evitar o
aparecimento de bolores e o descolar do forro do tapete;
O tapete deverá ser guardado numa superfície plana, ou
enrolado com o forro para fora, devendo-se juntar um produto
anti-traça (ex.: naftalina) no caso de ser um tapete em lã;
LIMPEZA
Aspirar semanalmente (recomendado: 2 vezes), sempre
no correr do pelo, dado que caso contrário, este tipo de
procedimento poderá reduzir o brilho do tapete.
Nunca bater no tapete, porque pode quebrar a estrutura (trama)
que o sustenta, podendo provocar rasgos ou deformações

MAINTENANCE
La alfombra, en una fase inicial, tiene la tendencia a liberar algún
pelo, especialmente las que poseen lana en su composición. En
estos casos, deberán aspirar frecuentemente, sobretodo los 2
primeros meses.
Es también habitual, que aparezcan pequeños hilos en la
superficie de la alfombra, y para corregir este problema, los
hilos deberán ser cortados y nunca estirados, pues si lo hiciese
podría perjudicar su alfombra.
Para prolongar la vida de su alfombra, recomendamos que la
alfombra sea girada 180 grados de 6 meses en 6 meses para
cambiar el sentido del tráfico y distribuir uniformemente el
desgaste en ambos lados.
Evitar exponer la alfombra a la luz o calor intenso, previniendo
así la aparición de manchas.
Al fregar el pavimento donde se encuentra la alfombra, debe
tener cuidado de dejar secar bien antes de volver a poner
la alfombra sobre el pavimento limpiado, para evitar que
aparezcan humedades y evitar que el forro se despegue de la
alfombra.
La alfombra deberá ser guardada en una superficie plana,
debidamente enrollada y con una funda por fuera, debiéndose
añadir un producto antipolilla (ej.: Naftalina) en el caso de ser
una alfombra de lana.
LIMPIEZA
Aspirar semanalmente (recomendamos: 2 veces), siempre en el
sentido a favor del pelo, ya que en caso contrario, podría reducir
el brillo de la alfombra.
Nunca sacuda la alfombra, porque podría romper la estructura
(trama) que sustenta la alfombra, pudiendo provocar roturas o
deformaciones con el paso del tiempo.
Es fundamental prestar atención al tipo de fibra que compone

Es aconsejable hacer una limpieza profesional 1 vez al año.
QUITAR MANCHAS
Si se ataja de inmediato, tiene cerca del 90% de probabilidades
de conseguir quitar la mancha. Para esto deberá seguir los
siguientes pasos:
1º atajar de inmediato y remover los restos sólidos con la ayuda
de un cuchillo y en el caso de los líquidos absorberlos con en
papel, esponja o trapo muy absorbente.
2º trabajar de fuera hacía adentro, para restringir la mancha.
3º no mojar demasiado la alfombra, pues puede dañarla
irremediablemente.
4ºNo frote en el lugar de la mancha.
Debe utilizar un detergente propio para alfombras y con un PH
neutro.
