Il est rappelé qu’en application de l’article 5 des statuts de l’AIAF pour être membre actif, il faut
remplir les conditions cumulatives suivantes :
•
être avocat inscrit auprès d’un barreau ou d’une institution équivalente, s’il n’existe pas de
barreau dans le pays d’exercice,
•
exercer son activité professionnelle de façon habituelle dans le domaine du football,
•
être agréé par le Comité Directeur sur présentation du bureau, étant précisé que le refus
d’agrément n’a pas à être motivé.

Please note that pursuant to Article 5 of the Articles of AIAF, to be admitted as an active
member, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
• candidate must be a lawyer registered at the Bar, or equivalent institution if there is no Bar
in the country in question;
• candidates must regularly exercise their professional activities in the field of football ;
• candidates’ applications must be approved by the Executive Committee upon application
from the Officers, it being specified that the Executive Committee does not need to provide
reasons for the refusal of approval.

Por aplicación del artículo 5 del estatuto de la AIAF, para ser miembro activo, se deberán observar, en forma
acumulativa, las siguientes condiciones :
•
ser abogado inscripto en un colegio de abogados o una institución equivalente, en caso de no existir
colegio de abogados en el país de ejercicio de la profesión.
•
ejercicio habitual de la actividad profesional dentro del ámbito del fútbol,
•
ser aceptado por el Comité Director, precisando que el rechazo de la solicitud de adhesión no debe ser
motivada.
