FREE SEMINAR THIS TUESDAY
Join us! On May 24th from 9:30am-11:30am St. Luke Church will be hosting an
Estate Planning seminar presented by Carmen Gasten from the Archdiocese and
our own local experts, Kirk Schmidtman and Linda Reinsch. This event will help to
answer questions regarding wills, trusts, planned giving, health directives, powers
of attorney, HIPAA, and much more. Refreshments will be provided and door prizes
will be drawn and given away! Contact Eddie Caudel at the Church
office for more information.
MEMORIAL DAY MASS
Next Monday will be having a special mass for
Memorial Day at the St. Luke
Cemetery on May 30th. Mass
will be at 9:00am.

of our high school and college graduates. Please call

5th. We ask the graduates to come
vested in their graduation cap and

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner/ BBQ
CENA/BBQ DE APRECIO PARA
LOS VOLUNTARIOS
Estamos planeando una cena/BBQ para todos los
voluntarios de nuestra parroquia. Lectores, ministros,
monaguillos, coros, servidores, catequistas,
contadores de dinero, los que ayudan en la
oficina, los de limpieza y etc están
invitados. La cena/BBQ será el Sábado 11
de Junio después de la misa de las 5:00pm.
We are planning a volunteer appreciation dinner/BBQ
for all the volunteers within our parish. Lectors,
ministers, altar servers, ushers, greeters, choirs, catechist, money counters, office help,
cleaning crew, & etc are welcome to come.
The dinner/BBQ will be on Saturday, June
11th after the 5:00pm mass.
Legión De Maria
Se les invita a integrarse a un grupo llamado “Legion

Youth Minister Fulltime (or Part Time)
St. Luke Catholic Church, a large bilingual parish in Woodburn, OR, in the heart of the agriculturally rich
Willamette Valley, is searching for a full or part time youth minister to oversee its Young Adult and Youth Programs, including Confirmation. Ministry is done bilingually in both English and in Spanish. St. Luke is looking for
a candidate with the ability to connect well with youth and parents to create and sustain a strong youth program.
The successful candidate will recruit, train, and supervise volunteers. Required is a strong Catholic faith with a
background in pastoral ministry, theology, or a relevant education and at least 3 years of experience with youth.
