Fu requesting a declaration of provincial
interest in the 13th WORLD CUP Martial
Arts, which will take place in our
province between the days of September
15 and September 18 2011.
That in the month of October 1997,
the Mendoza Union organized the
Sixth Kung Fu Martial Arts World
Cup in our province, which was
attended by a large number of coaches
and athletes from 42 countries.
That fs. 06 Work Decree No. 866,
dated July 4, 1996, declared provincial
interest in the 6th World Cup Kung
Fu, organized by the International
Martial Arts Federation.
That the desire of the International
Martial Arts Federation is to promote
the sport worldwide.
That this statement does not mean
any financial commitment for the
provincial government.
Therefore, as concluded by the
Legal Department, the Ministry of
the Interior, and Justice and Human
Rights fs. 09,

國際武術聯盟總會阿根廷分會曾经在 1997 年 10 月於曼諾薩成功的舉辦了第六屆世界盃，當時有 42 個國家的大
師與運動員參加。（1996 年 7 月 4 日 0bra 866 號），國際武術聯盟總會是促進世界武術的典範。

the 13th World Cup Martial Arts
Championship will be held in the
Department of Maipú, Mendoza as
organized by the Union of Kung Fu
and endorsed by the International
Kung Fu Federation;
WHEREAS:
That the event will be hosted at
the Juan Domingo Ribosqui, Sports
Stadium, where an approximately
total of 1,500 people representing 42
countries are expected to attend;
That the scale the of competition
is presumed to attract a significant
number of international tourists,
which will benefit both the publicity
of the sport and local tourism;
That the aim of the organizer is to
bring together members of the sport,
as well as the various schools of
Martial Arts;
That by virtue of the foregoing, the

expedient to declare the event of

SPARRING RULES
CHAPTER 2】SPARRING
1. First Round (Hand Techniques): Competitors may only use hand techniques ( no feet or grappling )
Facial contact: 3 points,Upper chest: 2 points.
2. Second Round (Foot Techniques): Competitors may only use foot/kicking techniques ( no hands )
Facial/head contact: 3 points,Upper chest: 2 points,Lower waist: 2 points.
3. Third Round (Grappling Techniques): Gloves must be taken off. The first person to knock down their
opponent receives 3 points. Any body part that touches the floor results in a 3 point detraction.

1. Solo Forms Demonstration: Duration - 5 minutes (this includes setup and cleanup)
2. Team Forms Demonstration: Duration -10 minutes (this includes setup and cleanup)
*A team must consist of at least 5 participants.
3. Special Performance: Grand masters and artists (maximum 10 minutes)
SECTION 7: SPARRIG AD FORMS DEMOSTRATIO JUDGIG RULES
＊Sparring Rules: 1. There are to be 3-5 judges per round. 2. Each judge will submit their respective
decisions to the head judge when all 3 rounds of a match are completed. 3. Each
round is either won or lost (no draws).
＊Demonstration Rules: 1.There are a total of four judges. 2. Judges will evaluate each demonstration
based on a point system. Ten points is the maximum score to be given by each judge.
SECTION 8: VIOLATIOS AD RESTRICTIOS
一. Participants are Prohibited From Attacking These Portions of the Body:

4. Continuing to fight when the opponent is on the ground (this will be considered an intentional violation).
5. Continuing to fight when the opponent is outside the arena.
. Penalties for other violations:
violations: 1. Warning for the first violation. 2. Two point deduction for the
second violation. 3. After a third violation, the violator will be forced to concede the match.
SECTION 9: COTEST TIME LIMITS AD RULES
1. Two minutes allocated for each match (one minute per match for children).
2. There will be a one-minute break between matches.
3. The winner of two out of three matches wins the contest.

CHAPTER 4】RULES OF INTERRUPTION FOR INJURY
SECTION 10: IJURY TIME-OUTS: 1. The judge will call for a time- out when a contestant is injured.
During time-outs, the contestants are prohibited from speaking to others.
2. The amount of time taken for the time - out will be deducted from the total time of the contest.
3. A physician’s permission is required in order for an injured competitor to continue with the match.
The competitor will be dismissed from the contest if the time - out exceeds five minutes.

1. Primer Round (Tecnicas manuales): Los competidores solo podran usar tecnicas manuales ( no pies o forcejeo )
Contacto Facial: 3 puntos,la parte de arriba del pecho: 2 puntos.
2. Segunda Round (Tecnicas con los pies): Los competidores solo podran usar tecnicas de golpeo con los pies (no manos).
Contacto Facial o de cabeza: 3 puntos,la parte de arriba del pecho: 2 puntos, la parte de abajo de la cintura: 2 puntos.
3. Tercer Round ( Tecnicas de forcejeo): No debe usarse guantes. La persona que tumbe a su oponente recibe

SECCION 6: TIEMPO LIMITE DE LAS DEMOSTRACIOES:
1. Forma de demostracion Individual: Duracion - 5 minutos (esto incluye alistamiento y limpieza).
2. Forma de demostracion en Grupo: Duracion -10 minutos (esto incluye alistamiento y limpieza).
* Un equipo dede estar compuesto de por lo menos cinco participantes.
3. Presentacion Especial: Grandes Maestros y artistas ( maximo 10 minutos)
SECCION 7: SPARRIG Y REGLAS DE CALIFICACIO DE LOS JUECES:
＊Reglas de Combate : 1. Habra 3-5 jueces por vuelta. 2. Cada juez sometera su decision al juez principal
cuando los tres rounds del juego esten completos. 3. En cada juego se gana o se pierde (no hay empates).
＊Reglas de Demostracion: 1. Hay un total de cuatro jueces. 2. Los jueces evaluaran cada demostracion
basados en un sistema de puntos. Diez puntos es la calificacion maxima que cada juez puede otorgar.

SECCION 10: RECESO POR ALGUA LASTIMADURA: 1. El juez pedira un receso si un
concursante esta lastimado. Durante el receso, los concursantes no podran hablar entre ellos.
2. El titiempo que dure el receso sera restado al tiempo del concurso.
3. El permiso de un doctor es requerido para que el competidor lastimado continue en el juego. El
competidor sera eliminado del concurso si el receso dura mas de cinco minutos.
