Equipo diseñado, para lavado y bateo de todo tipo
de cefalópodos, principalmente para: pota, anilla
de pota, sepia, pulpo, entre otros. Por sus
prestaciones, es adaptable a todas nuestras
líneas de proceso de limpieza en continuo.
Esta equipada con todos los elementos
necesarios para un correcto funcionamiento:
tiempo de lavado con paro automático, regulación
de velocidad de salida de producto y control del
tiempo de soplado del aire.
Equipment designed for cleaning and batting of
all type of cephalopods, mainly for giant squid,
giant squid rings, sepia, octopus, and others. By
its features, it is adaptable to all our cleaning
process lines in continuous.
Equipped with all the necessary elements for a
correct performance: cleaning time with
automatic stop, output speed regulation of the
product and blowing air time control.
Équipement dessiné pour lavage et frappage de
tout type de céphalopodes, principalement pour :
pointe, anneau de pointe, sépia, poulpe, entre
d´autres. Pour ses prestations est adaptable à
toutes nos lignes de procès de nettoyage en
continu.
Est équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires
pour un correct fonctionnement : temps de laveur
avec arrêt automatique, régulation de la vitesse de
sortie de produit et control de temps de soufflé de
l'air.
Incorpora la L-400, máquina para lavado y
bateo de todo tipo de cefalópodos. Las palas
están hechas a medidas de los contenedores
estándar de 600 litros.
El tren de palas es abatible para facilitar la
incorporación del contenedor.
Incorpora un cuadro eléctrico con regulador de
velocidad para agitación del bateo y
temporizador para ciclo de trabajo.
Un complemento inseparable es la turbina
compresora (TUR-SLP-15) en el sistema de
trabajo que genera un burbujeo de aire en el
interior de la cuba, masajeando el producto sin
deteriorarlo, dejándolo limpio de materias
orgánicas y listo para el siguiente tratamiento.
Con la cinta de extracción, evitamos incómodos
esfuerzos de descarga.
L-400, machine for cleaning and batting of all
type of cephalopods, is incorporated. The
shovels are made in proportion of the standard
containers of 600 liters. The shovel train is
reclining to ease the incorporation of the
container.
It incorporates a switchboard with speed
regulator for agitation of the batting and timer for
the working cycle.
An inseparable complement is the compressor
turbine (TUR-SLP-15) in the working system, it
generates an air bubbling in the interior of the
basket, massaging the product without
deteriorate it, letting it clean of organic materials
and ready for the following treatment. With the
extraction belt we avoid uncomfortable
discharge efforts.
L-400, machine pour lavage et frappage de tout
type de céphalopodes, est intégrée. Les pelles
sont faites selon les mesures du conteneur
standard de 600 litres. Le train de pelles est
abattable pour faciliter l'incorporation du
conteneur.
Comprends un tableau électrique avec régulateur
de vitesse pour agitation du frappage et
temporisateur pour cycle de travail.
Un complément inséparable est la turbine
compresseur (TUR-SLP-15) dans le système de
travail, génère un bouillonnement d'air dans
l'intérieur du tonneau, en faisant un massage au
produit sans lui détériorer, laissent lui net de
matières organiques et prêt pour le prochain
traitement. Avec la bande d'extraction nous
évitons incommodes efforts de décharge.
