CALCESTRUZZO ALLEGGERITO STRUTTURA SUPER LIGHT
La struttura della cellula è realizzata in calcestruzzo leggero armato
con rete elettrosaldata di diametro 6 mm. La parte esterna del bagno
si presenta liscia. Tutti i fori per il passaggio delle tubazioni e le aperture
per le porte e finestre sono realizzate secondo progetto accettato dal
cliente. L’involucro non può essere utilizzato come elemento portante.
La cellula in cantiere viene posizionata su piastre in gomma sagomata
di spessore 12 mm per garantire l’isolamento acustico. Eventuali punti
di contatto diretto tra il manufatto e la struttura dell’edificio devono
essere accuratamente evitati.
La struttura della cellula è realizzata con profili di acciaio zincato. Lo
spessore delle pareti è normalmente di 75 mm. La struttura in acciaio
è rivestita internamente con Fermacell 15 mm e la parte esterna è
pronta per ricevere l’isolamento e il cartongesso. Tutti i fori per il passaggio delle tubazioni e le aperture per le porte e finestre sono realizzate secondo progetto accettato dal cliente.
L’involucro non può essere utilizzato come elemento portante. La cellula in cantiere viene posizionata su piastre in gomma sagomata di
spessore 12 mm per garantire l’isolamento acustico. Eventuali punti

SUPER LIGHT STEEL FRAME
The structure of the bathroom unit is made of lightweight concrete with
a 6 mm diameter wire-mesh reinforcement. The external concrete walls
are smoothed. Holes for the conduction of services as well as door and
window openings are made according to the project design and are
subject to the customer’s approval.
The shell cannot be used as a load bearing element. At the job-site, the
bathroom unit is placed on rubber mats of 12 mm thickness to guarantee the acoustic insulation. Any direct contact points between the pod
unit and the building structure has to be carefully avoided.
The structure of the bathroom unit is made of lightweight galvanized
steel sections. The steel frame is clad internally with 15 mm thick Fermacell board and the external face is ready to receive insulation and
plaster board. Holes for services as well as doors and window openings
are made according to the project design and the customer’s requirements.
The shell cannot be used as a load bearing element. The shell on site is
placed on rubber mats of 12 mm thickness to assist the acoustic insulation. Any direct contact points between the pod unit and the building
structure has to be carefully avoided.

La estructura de la célula està realizada en hormigòn aligerado armado
con malla electosoldada de 6 mm de diàmetro. La parte exterior del
cuarto de baño se presenta lisa. Todos los orificios para el paseo de los
conducturas asì como las abierturas de puertas y ventanas se pueden
realizar en acuerdo con el proyecto aceptado por parte del cliente. La
célula no puede ser utlizada como elemento portante. En la obra, la
célula se coloca encima a placas de goma de neopreno moldeada de
12 mm de espesor, para el aislamiento acustico. Es fundamental asegurarse de que no existen puntos de contacto directo entre la célula y
la estructura del edificio.
La estructura de la célula està realizada en secciones de acero galvanizado. El espesor de las paredes es habitualmente de 75 mm. La estructura metalica està revestida al interior con paneles de Fermacell 15 mm
espesor y la parte exterior esta preparada para alojar los aislamiento y
para la instalation del panel carton yeso.
Todos los orificios para el paseo de los conducturas asì como las
abierturas de puertas y ventanas se pueden realizar en acuerdo con el
proyecto aceptado por parte del cliente.
