l T-shirt prize program only applies if 12 or more participants achieve goal
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
l The Domino's Pizza Cards will expire on Monday, December 31, 2012.
l Turn in order forms and money on Monday, February 27, 2012.
l Cash accepted or make checks payable to: SW Sunset Volleyball.
