Para obtener la ROM adecuada para su Engeldroid, consulte la web oficial. En el
apartado Rincón del desarrollador podrá encontrar las ROMs disponibles. Elija
preferentemente una ROM oficial ya que las versiones experimentales no cuentan con un
soporte oficial por parte del Equipo EngelDroid de Engel. Elija la ROM que desee acorde
con el modelo de EngelDroid que tenga, actualmente están disponibles los modelos:

EN1008 (Android + Satélite)

Para el modelo EN1008 (SAT) descárguese la ROM deseada. Teneis dos opciones para
instalar la nueva ROM: (Los manuales están en inglés)
1. A través de una aplicación de update → Upgrade user guide
2. Utilizando SDCARD + PhoenixCard → PHOENIXCARD + SDCARD

Upgrade user guide
Upgrade user guide,Run­time only in android system upgrade,so you must power on the
android mode to do that.
Copy the “update.zip” to the root of the USB Storage. After copy the file finished, Please
insert the USB device to the USB OTG or USB1 or USB2.
There is 2 ways to upgrade devices.
First one:Go to the application menu and select the update application into the upgrade
page directly;

Second one:Into setting—About tablet menu, Click “system updates” enter to the
sub­menu.
Power on the HDMI stick,Into setting—About tablet menu, Click “system updates” enter to
the sub­menu.

Into setting—About devices menu, Click “updates” enter to the sub­menu.click “Local
system update”.
Select the file update.zip which in your U disk directory ,Select “update”and start to update.

Make SD card for upgrade
1. insert SD card to PC
2. run PhoenixCard.exe in PC(windows XP)
3. select SD card & img file Warning：this operation will format SD card
4. click “Burn” button to burn img file to SD card and wait finish
When burn finished:
1. Power off BOX
2. Insert SD card into BOX
3. Power on BOX
4. Led on board (Android led) will flash
5. Upgrade finish when Led off
6. Take out the SD card and reboot the box.
