- Al finalizar la inducción se apaga automaticamente para evitar el
sobrecalentamiento
- Even when shrinking mini-tools, the unit will automatically shut off
before overheating the tools.
- For carbide shanks only:
Ø 3-16 mm for holders with standard nose configuration.
Ø 3-20 mm for holders with slim nose configuration.

The air chiller unit mounts to the housing of the
013 32 20 00 00 unit.
After shrinking a tool, the toolholder adaptor must be
turned180°. The slides hold the adaptor with the tool holder
in cool down position. The air flow in the special designed
inner contour of the chiller unit allows the tool holders to cool
down in 1 - 3 minutes, depending on the nose contour of the
shrink fit holder.
Unidad de refrigeración por aire para 013 32 20 00 00.
Al finalizar la inducción el adaptador del porta debe girarse
a 180°. Para realizar el enfriamiento del portaherramientas
deslizarlo al interior del enfriador. Se necesitan de 1 a 3
minutos, en función del contorno del portaherramientas.

Length setting using a length setting adaptor. Insert cutting tool into adaptor, insert adaptor into the tool
holder and adjust for desired length plus 80mm (+3.15 inch). Remove adaptor and shrink the tool.
Introducir la hta. en el adaptador, y éste, en el portaherramientas. Ajustar el tornillo de regulación a la altura
deseada + 80mm (+3.15 inch). Sacar el adaptador e introducir hta. hasta hacer tope con el tornillo.

With the length setting sleeve the desired holding depth of a cutter may be
determined. The sleeve comes with a scale for length setting.
Ajustar y bloquear el tope escalado a la longitud que se desee sobresalga la
herramienta. Introducir la herramienta como se ve en la figura (el filo hacia
dentro) hasta hacer tope, y acontinuación bloquearla. Coger todo el conjunto
e introducirlo en el portaherramientas hasta que el aparato haga tope con el
portaherramientas. La herramienta sobresaldrá a la medida establecida. Ideal
para portaherramientas térmicos sin tornillos de regulación.
